The person at the kosher bakery was very helpful when I was looking for a birthday cake. He pointed out that I had picked out a dairy cake (which I had NOT meant to do) & helped me find a pareve one. That cake was the BEST birthday cake I have ever had - moist, sweet, absolutely delicious!

The managers are so nice. The staff is a bit dimwitted but the managers make up for it

Good deals on meat. Especially on the weekend.I gave only 2★ because the store appears old and dirty. Also, the staff are not friendly or helpful..

What great Kosher shopping! Their take out is so moderately priced, the food is great and there is a large selection room. They have testroomd- not beautiful but at least clean and they have a kosher bakery, birthday cakes and a great pizza area with fresh pizza with varied toppings. What a great store! Plenty of parking.

Went it to by a piece of cheese cake and nobody at the register was willing to find me a fork. Both cashiers were giving me attitude and didnt even make an attempt to find me a fork which could not have been that difficult.I then went to return the item and the cashier told me that I cant return it because the customer service eas closed although the were open until 11pm.This is the first time I have ever experienced anything like this in a supermarket. The workers looked like they did not want to be there.Stay away from this market mean unhelpful awful staff.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This might have to be the worst grocery store I've ever experienced. There is mold and old, spilled milk on the shelves of the milk section. The refrigerator doors do not close all the way and there are gaps in between the doors which makes one wonder if the refrigerators are able to cool and freeze food properly. Displays are broken and falling apart. There are never enough cashiers and therefore, always long lines. The store is overall dirty, moldy, dilapidated, and the customer experience is lacking in quality in every area. The entire store needs a remodel from floor to ceiling and everything in between.

If you want one or two items and you're near the Boca Raton store then okay but other than that I'd stay clear. Other Winn Dixies are better. Boyton Beach and Lake Worth are clean and better stocked. Boca is old and the feeling when you enter is it's dirty. It's not dirty but that's the feeling you get. Most of the produce is decent but stay away from the $3 and $5 mixed and single store packed vege items. The pepper slices are soft and on the verge of rotten. The cauliflower is showing black spots so beware of these store packaged low priced vege items. After picking and sorting the few items I wanted it was time to check out. That's a horror in itself. I don't know where they get some of these cashiers but I got the one who was rude, condescending and outright nasty. I paid my bill, went to the manager and asked him if I close my account does all my info disappear. He said yes. I closed it on the app and my personal info was still in the app. I will never set foot in that Boca store again. It needs a serious upgrading and more seriously...a personnel change.

I actually love coming to Winn-Dixie there is no automated checkout area and the people are so friendly’!Love the kosher assortment ! Oy vey! I’llOne thing that Winn-Dixie in Boca Raton needs to make a store within a store! Besides having customer pick up for their online orders! they need to make a a convenience store within the front of there supermarket! With the basics milk bread etc.! Things people may want and will stop somewhere else because they don’t want to walk the full length of your store to get milk!Stop closing one entrance , it not convenient for shoppers! You’re doing a disservice to customers with disabilities! You don’t need technology to go with the times !
