For a business who sells telephone and cellular service, it is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and there is NO EXCUSE whatsoever that you “don’t have a phone” and therefore refuse to list a LOCAL CONTACT NUMBER for this store.
Even worse that your sales agents don’t have a contact number on their business cards. You are absolutely unprofessional.

The worst experience of my life! The price is tempting, but the service is useless (for me). I switched to Xfinity, but NO ONE in the store told me that long-distance calls would be blocked for 45 days! I've never heard of such a thing in my life! (I don't want to make a call next February, I want to make one today! Idiots! ) That was my first question because it's important to me every day. They're complete amateurs! It took me a whole day to cancel the useless package and switch back to T-Mobile. I don't recommend it to anyone! It's cheap, but it sucks.

Very disappointed with Xfinity service.
Ordered Wi-Fi equipment for pickup — never got a notification. Drove there, and they didn’t even have it. The manager said, “our system doesn’t work that way,” with a rude attitude.
Wasted an hour for nothing. Nice office and app, but behind it — zero organization and no respect for customers.

Have a nice signed up for a Comcast service yesterday I was told that I can just run and pick up the hardware of being no problem. Well that may be the case in North Carolina or wherever I spoke to them but in Boca Raton Florida it's not the case you take a number and take a spot and sit a squat and eventually and they get to you to be more nice and friendly but the fun people would disingenuous regarding to me just running and picking up my hardware and leaving because that's not the case

Oscar was straight to the point, very helpful and was a breath of fresh air to work with. As we all know walking into a cell phone store can come with the unknown however he explained everything that was needed and projected timelines how quickly he could help me get my new Iphone 17 transferred over. I highly recommend him and I wanted to say thank you to whoever was responsible for hiring him because they surely secured top level talent!
