Just one visit so far but Chad was efficient, pleasant, and professional. Location was very busy for a Thursday afternoon with at least 6 customers waiting. Glad I didn't require additional help as it looked like folks were waiting for a while. Large retail location.

All I wanted to do was return a box.... I had to wait a half hour to do so. There must be a more efficient way to handle customers who have a simple issue like other businesses do. Having to wait for something so simple makes one consider other optionsOnce I got there I was told I could have made an appointment or dropped it off at a UPS store why wasn't I told that when I picked up the box. Once I was finally taken, it took all of 60 seconds to put my information into the computer to return my box.

I would give this store an it’s employees five stars except I was there for problem resolution. My Xfinity problem was resolved in a timely fashion in their neat, clean facility. My associate was amazing! Highly recommend this location! TY!

No stars. XFINITY is a nightmare. They will steal your money if you don't pay attention to your monthly bills.I was only credited 1 time for the overcharge.I spoke to all these reps with NO success at getting my OVERBILLING issue resolvedPhone:8/19/23 6:44 pm Don9/20/23 10:51 Aly 10/3/23 11:18am Christian 10/3/23 12:11pm supervisor Jane10/10/23 10: 36am Sonya (hung up on me when I requested a supervisor)10/20/23 Kim *****In store*****3 separate visits was told it was fixed, resolved taken care of (Lies) Via chat 4 chats All in the span of 3 months. If you don't want to risk being overcharged and having a nightmare time being lied to IN PERSON AND ON THE PHONE and chat and keep being overcharged and just told whoops sorry over and over then stay away. Maybe try T-Mobile. I'm hunting for a reliable professional internet service provider right now as I am once again on the phone trying to get a supervisor who do everything to avoid taking calls and taking responsibility to see an issue through to resolution. You would think going in the store in person would be better but I signed up in person and regret it terribly. They will say they resolved it but they are probably just checking their phones and playing candy rush, come back and tell you they took care of it. They will NOT give you ANYTHING in writing proving they resolved your issue. Good luck. Customer service is deplorable.

Not this location, about Corporate: Worst customer service ever of nearly any company I've encountered. Stay away at all cost if you value your sanity and expect fair treatment. It will take you forever to get someone on the phone, and they will promise you lower rates that they won't continue even the next month after they promised it. Expect big increases (not just every year of 30-50%) but even during the year 'service adjustments made' and they quote you 'expected bill next bill' and not the exact charge of the new negotiated rate. Essentially, they try to make you sign a longer term contract and then don't honor the price they offered.. And prepare to spend hours on the phone trying to talk with someone that will ultimately not get things worked out for you.

Had to return equipment. They had people in the back handling customers, and a line up to the door. It would've been a 20-30 min wait. They thought to put an employee at the door to handle incoming people, which is good. Unfortunately, she was very disinterested in doing her job. She was only interested in signing people in on her little tablet and wasn't listening to what I was saying. After telling her three times that I was just dropping off equipment, not there for service or to buy, she told me to go to the UPS store down the way, and they would help me return the equipment. It's not great business when the best advice you can give me is to leave your store and deal with someone else.

This is for corporate not this store which actually has great employees but Xfinity is a joke and I will happily pay more and go back to AT&T to be done with the constant outages & inability to get customer service. The way they have their phone numbers and Xfinity assistant rigged to keep you from being able to speak to a human even for technical support is not just frustrating but a testament to how little they care about the customers who make them rich. They can't even afford to outsource they just rig it to disconnect you and waste your valuable time. Proof of everything that is wrong with this country today.

I'm so happy I went with Xfinity instead of AT&T!.. I thought it was less with AT&T but my new place is already pre-wired for Xfinity so no $100 activation fee! They have this 2yr deal special where you get $37 off. And if you sign up with e-bill and autopay (using your bank account) you get an additional $10 off your bill! My on-phone experience was amazing, Joseph M. from Jacksonville was awesome! The in-store service was also amazing, very efficient and no hassle. They give you this big nice reusable bag with your equipment and your out the door?.. I LOVE Xfinity!!!?

If you can get any provider, and I mean any provider, get them, do not go to Comcast at any cost. This is the worst Internet service in south Florida.

Unprofessional organization. I canceled my service and returned equipment back in December of 2022. They continued my autopay for a month and haven't returned the payment yet. last month (June 2023) they started texting me that my equipment was not returned. Thankfully I saved the receipt. I tried unsuccessfully to speak to a person for about 1/2 hour. They finally connected me to a chat which took over an hour more. Hopefully it is resolved now but it was quite painful.

Ridiculously slow service. Waiting time is exaggerated. They sold me one product but since I chose the most convenient for me, they lost interest & made me wait longer. Finally got home & couldnt activate service. Product wasn't added it to my account.
