Read or don't read it all, I just want you to see for yourself his professionalism at work via the pics... price gouging during a global pandemic to a small business owner!!!! I have a small operation that I'm just getting off the ground to help people with pains etc. This is my 2nd time trying to use James 'Your Sign Guy' for his services. His demeanor is laid back, like a gentle giant; he came off as very chill and trustworthy. However, the 1st time I just wanted him to do a couple shirts for a promo, he never sent them to proof and I figured he was busy and just left it as a miscommunication. This time was different: During a worldwide pandemic, I decided to reach out to him to put the name of my company on a wall so I could shoot some virtual content. He quoted me a price that everyone said was pricey. I called a trusted embroiderer and he connected me with someone who would do it for 1/2 the price. I explained to "your sign guy" that I can't take on that type of cost during this volatile time and he just said 'ok'. Today he texts me and told me he could do it with another type of vinyl for $375. I left the text messages so you can see for yourself his response and determine his level of professionalism.

James 'Your Sign Guy' is the best around! Not just banners, but custom frames and matching decor of all kinds!!! Local, fast and reasonably priced! He does quality work and really adds a creative twist to every project, sends drafts and takes your feedback seriously. Needed a sign for a bachelorette and boy did he deliver (figuratively and literally!) Cannot wait to hang it up! Thanks James!!!
