Absolutely would recommend Josh and ZipAuto Ship. He communicated through the entire pickup and shipping process. Start to finish had my new car from Miami to Akron in less than a week and created a ton of value for me by not having to fly, hotel, uber to dealer, drive home, miss work.... He will hustle for you , a really good professional.

I recently used Zip Auto Shipping after I became a victim of a double brokering scam. I needed to ship my car from Miami, FL to Colorado Springs. I contacted the company and spoke to Josh after reading Yelp reviews hoping that he would be able to help me.Despite calling him on a weekend, he created the time to assist me during such a stressful ordeal. Josh did not make any promises, but my car was picked up 3 days earlier then when he initially told me that he would be able to find a driver. Even my coworker was surprised that a carrier was found so soon.From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional, Josh was able to find a trustworthy driver and communicated the process with me. He had transparency in pricing, and no hidden fees, I was even provided a copy of the insurance document and the carrier and drivers information. My car arrived in pristine condition, I even told the driver that I had a rental car and he decided to meet me at the rental car location with my car already offloaded waiting on me.Zip Auto Shippings professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer support, exceeded all my expectations. Thank you Josh because I had 24hours before my flight and you saved me from having a failure to report for a new job, which would not have reflected well as a federal employee. I hope that your business will continue to grow, because you deserve every good that will come your way.

I have worked with Josh at Zip Auto Ship several times to ship my vehicle. Josh has made each trip so easy and he is great to work with. Always super response to any requests I had and lastly I ran into a travel problem picking up my car and Josh took care of it right away! Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience with Josh! I’ve called a few other places and I didn’t feel the connection like I did when I called Josh. I mentioned this is 4 months in advance and I want to plan accordingly. Josh is completely transparent, he told me everything I needed to know in detail. Josh won my trust immediately. With in two weeks Josh had added me to a route leaving from Miami to Las Vegas! As the months passed Josh kept in contact for any questions. The day of my move was completely seamless! My car was on its way to Las Vegas! Day of arrival was perfect. The driver communicated with me the night before and once again seamless! I absolutely Love Josh and his team! Thank you for being so genuine!

I had a mission to move a very expensive Mercedes across the country and I was extremely concerned about the risks. I had a simple quotation in a freight website that triggered hundreds of emails and calls from companies I had never gotten in touch before - a kind of an auction. I'm so happy I turned them all down.Upon doing my own research, I found out that Zip Auto Ship had a great reputation, "real" insurance and - Josh. What an amazing guy. He took care of everything concierge style and I didn't have to worry about anything. The car got her perfectly and on time. I am going to keep using his services for myself and I will refer him to my clients.Thanks Josh - and thanks Dwight (the driver) who took great care of my car.I am leaving this review in hopes it helps someone who was in the same situation as me: they will do the job you need.
