Absolutely the best bike shop around! I planned on dropping off 2 bikes for service and a minor issue. Decided to take a ride on one before I left it. When I came back, bike 1 was serviced and ready to go. Judd offered to work on bike 2 while I grabbed lunch. When I finished he was just finishing. Timing was perfect. They saved me from a trip back and also I wasn’t without my bikes. Love working with a family owned shop.

Sherami and Judd were extremely friendly and accommodating. Just tell them what you want and they will make it happen. Their rental bikes were like new. A safe, wide, paved, smooth, well marked trail runs to both ends of the island which is flat as a pancake so suitable for all levels of experience. Bald eagles. Great scenery. Multiple dining options. Go enjoy!

Fantastic family run business. I was greeted immediately and treated wonderfully. The young lady that rented me my bicycle was the owners daughter and took time to tell me about places to visit on the island. I would recommend them to everyone.

The folks at this family-run bike shop couldn’t be nicer. They have a good selection of well-maintained bikes in great condition. They’re conveniently located at the main intersection of Pine Island, and their rental rates are quite reasonable. Definitely recommended!

We rented two e-bikes for an afternoon ride around Bokeelia today. The owners could not have been more helpful explaining how the bikes worked and where some of the trails are located. We also enjoyed talking bikes, trails and local watering holes, and look forward to renting or purchasing from Island Bikeworks again.

Easy 5 Star review.
Pine Island and Lee County (SW Florida) residents are fortunate to have a solid bike shop run by wonderful people so near at hand. I thought I was going to have to order an electric bike online and assemble it myself and then I met a local guy (a customer of theirs) who told me to shop at Island Bikeworks: Same bike I already wanted at the same price I would have paid online, only I didn't have to figure out how to put the bike together myself. They did all the work and took the hassle and uncertainty out of the equation. An excellent bike, professionally set up, and no extra charge for that! I literally could not be happier.
No exaggeration: There's a reason Island Bikeworks gets fantastic reviews, and the reason is the people involved. 5+ stars.

My wife Joanne and I purchased Aventon bikes yesterday an Adventure model for me and a Sinch for my wife. The care and attention that we were given was exceptional. We each tried several models first and aligned with what we were most comfortable with. Our original referral to the shop came from the happy customer base that we had reached out to work with. If you are considering any bike we encourage working with a bike shop that will partner with you. We live in North Fort Myers and traveling to Pine Island for a reputable family to deal with was an easy choice for us.
We also purchase a bike rack for the back of our class B van to take it to the State Parks that we camp in.
