Falsely advertises items via sticker price, but charges substantially higher price. Cashier outright refused to sell at the publicly advertised price even after being informed that his practice to do so was illegal.

Terrible! Put $20 dollars in which usually gets us to PCB and back & then have some extra miles when we get back home. Had to stop n put more gas in before we even passed the gas station again on the way back! RIP OFF!! STAY AWAY!!

I got a drink and a couple of snacks and Cashier on Monday around 5:44 pm 8/4 overcharged my card. He said total was $6.30 .. the total never showed in the terminal so I asked for my receipt and found an $8.25 charge I confronted him and gave me 1 dollar back. I'm glad I don't have to return to this place.

If you passing by to get fuel and a drink that’s okay but to use the bathroom or good customer service don’t come here. The bathroom is filthy. There is urine and excrement all over the toilet and floor. I told the guy in front about and he just shrinks shoulders. Huh. How can people be this disgusting.

This appears to be an older station with a tiny convenience store and an overhead pavilion not really large enough to cover or shade the fuel pumps. The diesel pumps are separate and uncovered. The gasoline pumps are old and the display is cloudy and almost impossible to read. The tire inflation pump was out of order. Not great.

Filled up fast, but broken pumps means they effectively don't accept Fuel Rewards. Had to pay inside with no rewards

Absolute backwoods, hillbilly gas station. Grungy and unkempt. Pumps don't work. Had to go to three different pumps (none of which could function) before going somewhere else. Also noticed their prices are the highest around on fuel. Went to the Shell a few exits down and it was 40 cents cheaper per gallon.

First, the pumps weren’t working. He tried to have me use a second pump and it didn’t work. So he went ahead and took my card into the store. I pump the gas. It was the fastest has ever pumped gas into my car before it actually squirted about a half gallon out on the ground and on my truck. And when I went inside, I asked to make sure that my loyalty points were applied and, he proudly showed me on the receipt that $.46 of loyalty awards were applied because it has a maximum of 1 gallon. If it would let me show you a picture I would let you see it. It says discount applied after fueling .46 maximum 1 gallon. Was not $.46 per gallon $.46 at all . So even though the gas buddy goes ahead and put a shell loyalty discount and you are not getting it.

Super saddened that this place has so very many horrible reviews and Shell keeps saying they take these matters seriously as you can scroll through the reviews yourself and see not just a few bad reviews but many many horrible reviews and Shell appears to truly not care about the consumers and customers otherwise they would address these concerns and maybe remove their name from such a bad bad bad example of the Shell brand. The cashier was rude and mocked me for wanting to use the bathroom. Said they were broke down but then in Punjabi said they weren't broke down. Plus the gas is outrageous here. Go across the street and get way better service, respect, and courtesy. What happened to customer service and accountability.

Over charged me as busy watching anime. A $3.99 coffee was charged 5.99 and was over charged for a 2.99 hotness donuts for 6.99

Shell Corporation needs to remove their name off this gas station. Gas station clerk refused to communicate when spoken to after having a full blown conversation with the lady in front of me. He just stared at me akwardly the entire transaction. It's 2023 stop being prejudice dude!!!!
