Stopped in for some food and service was good. Also the women’s bathroom was so clean and didn’t smell. Definitely a plus for traveling and needing to make a pit stop.

Second time I've been mistreated/ disrespected at this store. First time it was a clerk last summer. This time the manager. This time I just turned and walked out.Contacted Cumberland Farms corporate office and was assured someone would follow-up with me. I'm still waiting almost three weeks later. Never got a follow-up first time. Lousy management. I will NEVER shop there again. EVER!

I go in every morning for coffee and simetimes have breakfast. Saturday the eggs were done perfectly and I juat love the biscuits, staff very friendly. Good place to stop for breakfast!

Used to like this place in particular and Tom Thumb in general. Since Kroger sold the franchise, it has been going downhill. Frequently the hot bar has no items or almost no items when you go in. Lines to check out are very long. I don't fault the staff but current management of this company sucks. I won't stop here again until they are sold to a new owner.

Assistant manager John has such a poor attitude with all customers including their kids. Here is a photo of him smoking at the front door. We come in frequently for coffee and the coffee pots and creamers are empty 90% of the time around 7-8 am with no one checking them. When we asked about creamer and coffee being refilled on our last visit, the cashier did not know how to change out the creamers so he pulled assistant manager John out to the floor and John began angrily changing out the creamer with the demeanor of an angry 5yr old. When I said thank you he did not even look at me or respond and stomped off into the back office. What is worse is this appears to be a consistent work attitude he has.
