I got an appointment immediately and the staff was wonderful! I chipped my tooth on vacation and they fixed it and I was out the door in less than an hour! Highly recommend! Dentist was wonderful!

My experience with Aspen Dental was horrible. The staff was very kind. It does not change the fact I’ve been told so many different things every time I get there. No one is on the same page. Our needs are not the top priority. Nothing can get done in an efficient manner. They put my insurance in wrong twice, had me waste my time calling my insurance, was not billed correctly, appointments were not made correctly, no treatment plan, nothing that I’m being told was being done. You have to beg for information. Imagine sending your child for a procedure, and couple of days AFTER the child is telling you it wasn’t done! And you have to call the office and find out and they don’t even know! And that they didn’t do what they said they were! It’s horrible I will never send any family there again.

Beth the receptionist was amazing and super helpful !!The whole staff is very friendly and welcomingAs someone who gets very stressed going to the dentist, they made the whole experience stress free!

I went for extraction on time, put me anesthesia and let m waiting for 1 hr, after that they have to put me more anesthesia and let me waiting for 30 minutes because I have to ask why how long it would take it to pull out my molar,was the moment when they come and have to put me anesthesia again and finally take care about me.

As a new patient, I was scheduled with my first appointment within two days of my call to Aspen Dental. After completing the expected paperwork for a new patient, I was directed to the exam room by the hygienist, who was very welcoming and fully explained the necessary x-ray process and initial exam. She then took me to my room where I waited only a short time to be seen by my dentist, Dr. Presswood, who was very patient in her questions about my prior treatments and ongoing dental issues. She then examined me, using the new x-ray images to carefully explain what she was finding as potential issues. Dr. Presswood then described my treatment options in a complete and friendly manner. Following my time with Dr. Presswood, the office manager sat with me to explain the potential costs to me regarding the future treatment plan, after which time we made an appointment for my first procedure. Throughout my visit to this office, I was greeted by friendly staff and made to feel comfortable at each step of this first visit. Dr. Presswood was thorough in her explanation of my future dental treatments and always patient in answering questions. I am so very glad to have discovered this practice after much searching and feel comfortable that Dr. Presswood will provide the personal care I, and my wife, have been looking for.

My appointment was for 11:45am and 2 people were called back for their noon appointments before I was…..but I’m happy I stuck it through for another 20mins after that because I really liked the dentist. She was friendly, professional, and seemed to know her stuff .

My visit was because my front tooth was broken and I needed to repair it very urgently. I am dissatisfied because the only option they had for me was two cleaning sessions and repairing the broken tooth a week later. This didn't solve my problem at all and I had to look for another place that could help me.

My wife Pattie needed new dentures and was a very difficult case Because of her very small mouth opening it was almost impossible to get an impression. Liz was determined to find a way to give my wife her smile back. Her persistence and innovative techniques created dentures that allow my wife to eat and smile. The entire staff was friendly and patient.

Every detail we know it important,from check in to checking out. First of all I want to say thank you for getting me in quickly and then doing a beautiful service. I was surprised not only to get an appointment quick as a new patient, but also to be fitted in for a full detail clean all the staff was wonderful very helpful. Thank you.

I want to give a big shout-out to Aspen Dental in Bonita Springs I bought a full denture and a partial in April and I will say they are the best-looking teeth I've had in years and didn't go back for any adjustments. If I had to do it again I would make sure that I did not pay them ahead of time and I would make sure that I get a itemized sheet telling me what the dentures were going to cost me and what my insurance would pay. I talked to Desiree in the office and she was always going to get back to me twice , it was always some excuse or another it was a problem with the insurance or billing whatever . . I've waited almost two months for a refund Thank you Aspen Dental I finally got a huge refund yesterday .. and the young lady I talked to in Fort Myers ? Was fabulous .
