Walked in this week, no bankers available, asked for assistance at front desk opening a checking account, the guy asked if I had an appointment, when I said no his whole body language had a tone that I was this huge inconvenience for coming in without an appointment. I’ve been with 3 other banks and this has never been a problem, I’d just walk in and get attended, not to mention Ive heard it doesn’t matter cause you’ll still end up waiting. Anyways, he said a banker wouldn’t be back till about 10-20 minutes so I scheduled an appointment for the next day since it seemed like such a huge deal. I show up on time the next day, and surely enough, there’s a few bankers but none of them are available to attend me. There’s another 2 star comment from a few weeks ago with a picture of a lady who just stays on her phone & glances at you but doesn’t help you, yup, same thing happened to me. I was waiting 30 minutes, luckily this was a slow day cause I’ve heard worse. The other banker was busy with clients, when she was done, she went to go attend a woman who had literally just walked in and ask her what she needed. I must have been a ghost. Someone from the front desk instructed this banker to help me, that he would help the one who just walked in. Her response: “oh, IM helping him??”In conclusion, it seems to me they give themselves this air of being “prestigious” or better than others, but don’t have the proper customer service quality to back it up. I might honestly close my account and try something else if this will be my customer service experience, I have a professional career just like them but that doesn’t matter, I just want to be treated the way anyone would want to be treated.

Isabella is a great asset to BOA. she was very helpful with all our concerns and also very knowledgeable with another problem with my IPhone. Also the bank manager was also very helpful.

Sat in branch for 30 min. Only one person working desk and she sat on call the whole. Obviously on hold because she did very little speaking. She just stared at me but didn’t get off her call. No one else available. Poor customer experience.
