The employees, of this particular Boost Mobile store, just seem to come and go as they please. I've been there a half hour after they were supposed to open and up to an hour before they were supposed to close, and they were closed. It's now 2:55pm and no one is answering the phone. They also have very limited technical knowledge.

The woman working didn’t have a lot of answers to the questions we had. We couldn’t find what we were looking for so we went to a different boost in the area instead.

Unreliable product , Not to mention the young Hispanic lady has had an attitude towards me each time I come into the store. If i were you , Do not spend your money on Boost mobile. With the quality of the customer service or lack there of, its no wonder Boost is unreliable. Very very very unreliable.

They never open at 10 I waited until 11 they still haven't opened a place that is never open and in the afternoons they close at 5 when it says 7:30 sucks waste of time with this center .....????

Customer service is horrible ! They open late when it’s time for them to open and close early when it says a later time! They need at least 2 people the customer service is awful especially the main customer service you would think those idiots would help more but no ! They also have an accent horrible sound like araibics

Very poor customer service. Everything in the store is in Spanish. I walked in first but was spoken to second because a Latin man walked in after me. Not opposed to things in Spanish we're a blended community but this is America.
