The customer service provided by the staff is excellent. Yailen was very helpful and kind, assisting customers with their purchases. The new Bonita Springs Burlington location, next to the former Old Time Pottery, opened in May 2024 and is well-presented, similar to other Burlington stores. Customers have noted the ladies' dresses could be a bit more separated on the racks. Overall, Burlington offers great deals and a pleasant shopping experience.

I don’t like these stores anymore , they’re running out of merchandise all the time, looks like some one just robbed them but this one is my lucky one, all the time that I get there I’d find something great!
