we started using cornerstone in July 2022 to help take care of our mother. Eunice was so helpful and kind as were all the nurses and caregivers. We want to thank Maribele and Julienne who took care of our mom until we moved her to Jacksonville in October. Our mom loved them and they took wonderful care of her. She missed them so much. Special thanks to Eunice as well who came and took care of mom after hurricane Ian, when the caregivers could not get there. They helped us so much and always took care of any problems quickly. We had a great experience with this company during a very difficult time. and would highly recommend Cornerstone Naples to anyone needing help with a family member.

From the first phone call, Unice was so helpful and informative. She took the time to listen to our needs and placed Rosemary with my mother. She is a perfect fit. She is caring, professional, reliable and has developed a great relationship with my father and mother. She treats my mom with dignity and respect. She is kind and caring and has been able to get my mother to allow her to help her with things that others were not able to do. Rosemary is the “elder whisperer” and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. My sister and I reside in RI so finding care for someone who is 1,200 miles away and in a "we need this help NOW!" situation could be stressful it was actually comforting. We had to push my dad a bit, he really wanted to help with her care but at the age of 88 with a bad back we were concerned for his safety as well. I kept telling him this is more for you than it is for her. Two hours in to Rosemary's first visit, my dad called me to tell me "you are right this is more for me than it is for her. He can now do errands while Rosemary is there without need to worry about was my mom, who was at home alone. Rosemary and Unice go ABOVE and BEYOND!!! We are grateful Cornerstone, Unice and Rosemary for their invaluable service.

Cornerstone is the best! They take great care of my Grandmother, which can be difficult at times due to her Alzheimers & temper. Caregivers Lily & Maria are amazing! They are well trained, kind hearted, and patient. Living in a different country, I am unable to physically be there for her. But I trust the people at Cornerstone wholeheartedly. The previous company did not last 2 weeks with her, but we have been with Cornerstone going on 5 years now!

I recommend Cornerstone to my new colleagues and patients. If you are looking for a company smart in how to care for your patients and employees like family in cornerstone you are in especial hands. As a caregiver I am treated with respect, and they place me on schedules which is convenient for me and my patients.And always I have clients who fits on my personality which makes more easy to performance an a great job communication with my patient. I can recommend Cornerstone as an excellent option for caregiving. Their caregivers have been consistently friendly and responsible. Cornerstone staff are very good about notifying me when something happens to disrupt the caregiving schedule, and make every effort to find substitute caregivers when appropriate. They're also good about accommodating the hourly schedule that we have requested. Billing is effortless, timely and transparent.

I can truthfully state and attest to the services provided by the cornerstone Home Health Agency.Caring "is of consistent term to be utilized in every situation of services provided by this company. " Administratively the staff is "by the book!" No stone is left unturned when policies rules, ect are to be followed.I have worked with this staff as previously indicated and I remained a satisficed recipient of care & an organizational consultant.Evelyn D. I have disabled father in law and the worker never here on time always late 30 to 40 min then when he is a sleep they just go gome for the day.And they call off once a week at least.I don't understand how they have good review when they can't control employees.And you request them to replace with someone else they excuses is short handed.UpdateNo I don't have wrong company we have been using you for the past 3 years and unfortunately we are still using you .
