This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever seen in my 73 years. They are obscenely slow , and also rude. My wife ordered a prescription for a severe headache on Monday night, and it won't be ready until Wednesday afternoon!! They need to observe the Miromar CVS , and watch how efficient and polite their employees are.

I can only speak to the retail staff, specifically the cashier that checked us out last night. Her name was Monica and she was very good, multi tasking, nice to customers and efficient and by far the best cashier I have encountered at any CVS since moving to Fla. As for reviews on the pharmacy, I have not been to the this one however the CVS pharmacy by JetBlue is also horrendous and compassion and kindness is sorely lacking at that location and a surly and rude behavior is what I personally encountered. For this reason, I only shop retail at CVS when needed and rely on Walgreens primarily. I would say that if I encountered staff like Monica last night I might consider shopping CVS more frequently.

I am shocked at the low ratings on here. I understand from time to time that orders and fills may get messed up, that's just how it goes some times. The few times this happens should not out weigh the positive things the staff does. But to say the customer service is bad, I do not agree with. I find it amazing with as busy as they are, the staff still greets people with a friendly hello and are pleasant and professional. I am very impressed with the pharmacist, Nour. She takes excellent care of not just me but other patients as well. I say keep up the great work and it's always nice to see a friendly smile even while they all may be under pressure.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to get my son's epilepsy medication filled here. They had to order it - fine. When we tried to pick up they say oh sorry we weren't open yesterday to accept the order delivery so we have to reorder. No phone call given and now my son was out of his medication. They have horrible customer service. I told them a simple phone call to let us know so we could go to a different CVS is all that is needed.Fast forward a month - called to fill. Was told it was scheduled to be filled today 9/1. Nothing on file. Tried to call to speak to someone again - hung up after being on hold for over 45 minutes.This is horribly managed CVS. Save yourself the heartache and drive another 10 minutes to a different CVS.

Called three times to request a prescription transfer, either the representative or online system hung up on me twice, and the third time I was on hold for 40 minutes before I finally gave up!

Purchased several items. Forgot to ask for senior discount. She couldn't read numbers on receipt. She convinced me to take a 5 credit on rewards. I asked what senior discount shoukd have been and she said 20 percent. It did exclude sale items. When I got home and checked receipt it should jave been and 8 dollar credit vs 5. I did subtract sale items for total. Feel like I got short changed.

CVS pharmacy typically sucks. But the staff is particularly awful at this one. The pharmacist working with customers couldn't be more of a b**ch. she spoke to me like I'm an idiot child in the most condescending manner. Unfortunately they are holding my prescriptions hostage so I have to go back. But if you can, avoid this location

This place is ridiculous. I called three separate times waiting to speak to someone in the pharmacy over 15 min each for two calls and 33 min for the other- didn't even get to speak to anyone. Both on the 23rd and 24th of December. How is that ok? I am normally a CVS customer. I finally called the front store and some guy is like "they must be busy". This is Bonita Springs, not a bustling metropolis where customers are 15 people deep at all times - ft Lauderdale and NYC where I have lived in recent years have way more customers and manage them much better. The manager of the store needs to address this with his pharmacy staff ASAP. Unacceptable. Switching all of my prescriptions to Walgreens so I don't have to deal with this again.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been too. My doctor sent in prescription over 3 hours ago. I showed up and waited in line for 10 minutes to be told it's not ready that they are running an hour behind and to give them 15 more minutes.... umm sounds to me like your running more than an hour behind. Went to get a few items I needed and then got right back in line behind at least 10 other people to continue my wait. Avoid this place and go to the Walgreens down the street.

Very clean and nice; However the pharmacy has to be one of the worst. Seem to have a couple people filling prescriptions and 2 clerks, but slow service. Always searching for scripts. Have to wait forever, forget fr I've up, even worse. Called in for cancel of script 15 mins on hold, phone was picked up and hung up. Happened twice, third time I shouted into phone you'd better not hang up again and got someone, not very motivated, but at least a voice. Didn't solve my issue, didn't know how to do it. Will see if it gets done! People in line say it's this way all of the time. Get organized! Hope someone from CVS HQ reads this.
