Well staffed, busy and helpful pharmacy staff if one is patient when there in person. The automated phone service has improved; but, the text service is wanting improvement. For a small CVS, it is well stocked and the manager is open to suggestions.

The manager was able to get my 25% off the entire purchase while the CVS website was down. The store is always neat and the entire staff is always friendly and helpful.

On vacation here and forgot a medicine from Massachusettes. No problem. Got my insurance to approve early at no extra cost. Masshealth/ wellsense insurance. They were quick and efficient.

It has become a more and more difficult process to contact the pharmacy, The automated answering machine repeats the same question time after time even after repeated statements that it is not relevant. It now can take 15 minutes to reach the pharmacy.

I had a very sophisticated call from Americans saying my account through PayPal has been compromised and I need to lock my finances down. They put me through to FTC agent which wasn’t one. However I did not catch that it was a scan immediately and went to CVS to pick up two gift cards and they said I would meet with the federal officer the next day. Not to talk to anybody about it because the scammers whoever they may be might know. When I was in the checkout line Gillian heard the voice on the telephone. And she said hang up! Which I did. It turned out to be a scam and I would’ve fallen for it if it wasn’t for Gillian. I would’ve lost $1000. I then gave Gillian a hug and thank her. I’ve been in business and banking consulting for decades and I know a good employee when I come across them. She should be commended for her proficiency in this matter. If I wasn’t retired and I was still running mortgage banking firms I would be hiring this girl, she’s a keeper. Thank you all at CVS for having such an employee. This was at the Bonita Beach Road store in Bonita Springs Florida.

The checkout person was kind enough to take time to show me how to take advantage of all the coupons available to me for the purchase. It saved me a bundle!

Worst I've ever dealt with no one helps you wait at pharmacy is more than half hour. I had problems with prescription called was hung up on 7 times between pharmacy and store.

I’ve called the CVS in Florida Bonita Springs and was on hold for a half hour and no one answered. That is utterly unacceptable. Now I have to go there to get the information I want.

Been coming here for years and every year they get busier and busier. The staff works so hard to move as fast as they can to get everyone’s order filled. I felt bad and wanted to help them. Their customers need to practice “patience”. Keep up the hard work staff. I KNOW your job isn’t easy but you all do so well at it. Kudos to you.
