Im traveling from out of state. Have to wait 3 days for a refill. I have no pills left. Was told 250 people ahead of me. Not helpful at all! Oh well 🙄

I had an incredible experience at CVS in Bonita thanks to an outstanding attendant who truly went above and beyond to help me with my passport photo and overall shopping needs. She was patient, professional, and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. It's rare to find such exceptional customer service these days! Her kindness and dedication made my visit a pleasure. I truly hope she gets the recognition and promotion she deserves. Thank you for setting the standard for amazing service Johana.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Called in my refill on a Tuesday came in on Friday and it was still not filled. They told me to come back multiple times. FOR BIRTH CONTROL it's literally prepackaged. When I voiced my complaints they held my prescription hostage for another 20 minutes. Because apparently no one's time is valuable to them and are not allowed to have any opinions. So I honked my horn and they had the audacity to tell me I'm disrespectful. Don't waste your money or time there.

My script was submitted at 9am Sunday-closes at 5. At 4:15 pm the male pharmacist said “not ready come back tomorrow “ I explained it was submitted almost 8 hours ago. He said “well there’s 200 scripts ahead of you, come back tomorrow first thing in the morning”
Next day-go in at 11 am, it’s not ready. I said I put it in over 24 hours ago? Finally, female pharm says”I have it right here, since it’s just you I’ll fill it now”. Wow?! The Sunday pharm should have said hey I’ll fill it now, give me 20 min etc… not come back!!!!if this was isolated I’d never write review but this is the majority of my experiences……

Fantastic Customer Service! Madelyn did an outstanding job taking care of all my prescription needs. It was busy during this time. Madelyn and Brandon the Pharmacist worked together to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Both Madelyn and Brandon take pride in there work and truly care about their customers. Also, Both were very kind and compassionate. Best pharmacy experience that I ever had.

Today I waited on hold for some to answer at the pharmacy for 49 minutes for some to pick up and go so frustrated I finally hung up. This is not the first time, since February this has happened weekly. Understand they can’t control the flow of back order medicines, but don’t tell me to check back every two days if you don’t want to even answer the phone - realize your busy but come on you could pick up and tell the customer to call back. One of the few times I have gotten through the person on the other line has not been pleasant. While I appreciate them working hard responding to customer both at the counter and on the phone is important. I do use the app but is say contact every two days - no way to do that on the app so calling is the option. Frankly the app is not helpful.

The pharmacist his name is AK. He is the only pharmacist to help me out. I’ve called to the CVS for the last three weeks and the man made it happen for me. He’s a great guy and definitely does his job correctly. I would definitely recommend this pharmacist to everyone and the girls zaskia and Stephanie they are great at what they do, very attentive and out of all the staff that I’ve worked with here they’re the best I recommend them anytime

If I could rate lower I would! I visited urgent care and 6 hrs later meds were still not filled. I visited pharmacy twice he still told me to come back in 10 min ! Worst CVS ever!!! I still don’t have my meds have to go back tomorrow and I lost this evening without taking meds. Ridiculous
