Most of the inventory was in boxes blocking the aisles. Freezer section was empty. They were out of most of what I went there for. Hopefully they will get enough help to get everything stocked up soon.

The cashier Mary is very grotesque, you can't ask her about something because she immediately responds with 3 stones in her hand. She is extremely rude. What bad attention ????

I needed a cold drink , like a Snapple or diet coke , but both refrigerators in the front had nothing but cold water in it, the shelves in both were completely empty, so that really stunk for me because I mostly crave other cold drinks more than I do water ?. The cashier was polite. The whole store was average, so other than nothing but cold water to drink , the stores average.

This is one of my favorite dollar trees in SWFL. Tons of stuff, well organized plus they have a refrigerator freezer section.Today we return to get some more disposable items for travel. Makeup bags and Ziploc bags are pennies-on-the-dollar so it's a great money-saving option to shop in the store.

The manager is so rude I came there to buy some snacks and he decided to kick me out because I didn’t had my parents with me and I am literally old enough to go to the store alone and it’s the bald man with that mustache

Absolutely terrible inside. Boxes stacked more than 6' high (I'm nearly 6' and they were higher). It looked like the shelves hadn't been organized in weeks, if ever. Some aisles were nearly unnavigable due to the number of boxes stacked, making it scary to walk past, for fear of them toppling. I saw a worker kneeling next to a stack, as he worked on one of the lower shelves. So dangerous. OSHA, are you listening?

My 2nd time here and I will never be back. First time I was completely ignored and the place is a huge mess so I couldn’t shop. The 2nd time i stopped in real quick for some things and encountered a mysterious employee who treated me very unkindly. He first asked if it was his co-worker if she was the one in the area I was in. She said no. So a minute later, he came over to where i was and peeked down the isle. I ignored it. We weren’t doing anything except shuffling through the already messy aisle. In fact, my kid was actually helping them put stuff away. One more minute goes by and I overhear a man speaking very loudly about his customers being trash and he can’t believe how parents let their kids act. There is a man speaking so loudly that we can hear him while we are shopping. When i asked him if he was talking about me (he was in the office near the aisle i was in) he screamed through his office for me to leave. He repeatedly told whoever he was on the phone with that he can’t believe how parents act with their kids. He then proceeded to say i was a bad parent for acting this way in front of my child. Ugh, ya, I will teach my child it is okay to stand up for yourself and not let someone harass you. We obviously left, I will never be back. What an absolutely unpleasant experience.

If I could give my experience a ZERO I absolutely would.I had the unfortunate experience of meeting Marie the assistant manager during my most recent shopping trip. The level of unprofessionalism, arrogance, and ignorance surpassed any poor shopping experience I could ever fathom. My experience started when I walked in that location and it was an absolute mess. That is even being kind by saying that too. It was to the degree that it was inevitably a safety hazard. With that being said. I chose to stay and pick up the items I needed. It should've been an easy quick trip but it ended up taking me longer than expected because the store was unorganized and merchandise and boxes were in almost every isle. While shopping Marie screamed at a group of three men. She did so because they "walked behind her ladder" while she was on it. She screamed so loud myself and other customer at the front of the store heard her even though she located in the back of the store. She was angry because that group did not listen to her previous instruction. The irony was that they did NOT speak English so regardless if she yelled or not they had no idea what she said but it was obvious she didn't care. It is evident that she has an issue with the Latino/Latina community where that store is located. The racial undertone of her behavior is unacceptable. If Marie had such an issue with customer walking behind or close to her ladder than my suggestion is to NOT be up on a ladder during a customer traffic time allotment. That is just common sense which I saw she was lacking after a few other examples of her poor behavior. When I went to the register to check out Marie decided to start a verbal altercation with me. I was not allowing her to engage me in whatever she was attempting to do and I told her she was being rude and unprofessional. I did not use profanity not raise my voice when I said that. At that point the conversation ceased. I continued to put my cart full of merchandise on the counter as I already had been doing. She stopping ringing my items up and said "we are done." It took me a minute to realize that she was refusing to ring up my item. I asked her if that was infact what she was doing so I had 100% clarification. She said she was refusing and that she was going to take my photo. At that point I had enough and decided to leave because I was not giving any store my money of that was they way they chose to treat customers. When I turned to leave she laughed at me and said "I have your photo already and it's on the cameras too." At that point I was somewhat confused because I had no idea why she was so smug about that. As I walked out towards the door she was still yelling at me from behind the register. I had enough at that point and told her I was calling Corporate.I will always value good customer service as well as a great shopping experience. I value it so much because I am a Latina Veteran Business Owner in Naples. That being said I won't be returning to this store.

Store seemed well run and pretty friendly, especially the manager who wanted everyone to stay safe during the hurricane.I remember hearing him telling some local kids who have school off for the hurricane, to stay home tomorrow and out of the storm.

This Dollar Tree is a stand alone store in Bonita Springs that you must check out. The shelves are packed full of great items and the selection is awesome. You can get everything you need from this one store including frozen food. The prices are only a fraction of what you would pay somewhere else so you can stretch your budget much further.

06/16/2022I've never had a bad experience at this Dollar Tree till today. I had come in with my 2 little brothers and sister. We were all looking together in an aisle when we felt we were being stared at. Later we noticed a man at the end of the aisle just staring, not even trying to be discrete . We felt very uncomfortable so we went to the next aisle. My sister and I quickly went to get what we came for and gave my brothers permission to go look at the toy section. Out of nowhere, I hear a man yelling at me from across the store that I have to keep my brothers with me at all times. I was confused because they're old enough to look at things and we've never been told that before. I simply asked what they were doing that caused him to say this. He proceeded to say that it's "his policy and if I don't like it then I can leave" and claimed that I was talking back. All I did was ask what the problem was. He was very very unprofessional and disrespectful and I did not expect it from the store manager. His name was Mike. As we left, two little kids walked in and I'm sure he kicked them out too because they weren't in there for longer than a minute. May I point out that my family and the little kids were people of color. Very disappointed by a man who's supposed to ensure good customer service. I've also heard several complaints from other people on the same man. Hopefully something can be done about this.

I don't know what parameters they have to hire their staff, but I suppose it's disastrous, I go into the store I grab my products, and when I go to the cash register to pay, the girl sees me approaching and leaves to move some boxes when she could have done it before, besides, it was only me in the store, she left me wondering for 5 minutes and when she arrived I asked her if could pay for the products separately and she ignored me, that's it, I didn't say anything, literally from when he attended me until she, I went, she didn't say a word to me or how much my purchase was or if he asked me what I was going to pay with, and what bothered me the most was that she stared at me with a face of hatred I have the name of this person and it is: JANAINAI hope the company takes action on the matter
