I went to this dollar tree earlier today and the older looking lady ( with short hair) was being so rude for no reason. Yelling and cussing out loud with people present. Refuse to help open a register and 12 people were waiting in line. She needs to go if she doesn’t like her job. She needs to learn to not be rude to employees and customers. Don’t come if you want better service

Today I was at the store, while waiting in line, the cashier (lady) was very abusive and disrespectful towards Hispanic people 🙈 you can see the hatred that the poor lady has I will not buy from that store again.

Only one cashier's every time I go there. At least a dozen people standing in line. Store isn't well kept. Cashier is always in a bad mood.

This store needs new management. Shelves are empty. Unpacked boxes in every aisle making it impossible to navigate through. Bathrooms are broken. The employees go to Publix for Bathroom use. It seriously is the worst dollar tree I've ever been in. It is a fire hazard. ?. I'm never using this location again. Corporate needs to do a surprise visit and fire the manager.

Honestly, I've been to this place before but I saw it very poorly organized and basic. I don't know if it will work or if it's the carelessness of the managers.

This store is an absolute train wreck. Such a mess, shelves are empty and the shipment is in boxes all over the store. Also need to hire people that can actually do this job. The one woman working there isn't going to cut it. I can't imagine how much money is being lost. I will not return to this location. It is not possible to even shop this store because of the mess you have in there. Good luck.

It was awful. Boxes stacked 4-5 high that needed to be put on shelves, aisles very crowded and dangerous for shoppers, freezer 80% empty and wasn't clean or organized, I saw one cashier, whole place was a mess. Hope the franchise owner sees this post, as this location needs help

Over 5 mins til closing and doors already locked with PEOPLE inside that is a fire hazard do not go to this store if you dont wanna risk your life

7/31. Seems a bit run down. We noted that several personal cosmetic items sizes are smaller / less that before their 25% price increase. We go for those few items that we don't pick up at big box stores. Remember, quality / quantity is not expected at their price

Always a good deal and variety, sadly an older staff that seem very unhappy to be working at this stage of their life and it shows at the checkout cashier team. I believe that improved management might make a happier work place, then maybe better customer service.

2 Horrible women work here. Lady Manager abused elderly customer. Yelled at her for accidentally trying to take full cart outside to car. This particular store has always been rude to customers. Unbelievable. Thankfully I was there to help the elderly women with her packages.
