If I could give Starr ten stars I would! She took such good care of us when my husband was needing storage for a work van he recently purchased for his new business. If you know Florida during season then you know finding storage can be daunting. She went above and beyond expectations and I was very impressed with how she handled everything and was able to go beyond meeting our needs. We love you Starr and thank you! Please think of us if you’re needing and carpet/tile cleaning in the future!

I have had a storage unit here for a couple months now and everything has been amazing! Starr has helped me and my mother a couple of times; she is very kind and professional. They are great with communication and the facility is always clean.

Trish miller at the bonita springs, Fl on 41 near old 41 was such a a big help. She was very diligent at her job, and very professional as well. She delivered a top notch customer experience with her knowledge, and Expertise on what size unit would be most suitable for the amount of furniture I needed to store. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing storage. Thanks again Trish, you made this part of moving as smooth, and effortless as it could be

Star greeted us at the door. She explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. She gave us a tour and showed us the storage unit we were interested in. She was thorough and friendly. It was a pleasant experience.
