I cannot say enough good things about this company!! Their customer service and attention to detail superseded my expectations. Their quotes were very competitive and they worked with us on our urgent time frame. The interior medical signs and directory plaques were of the highest quality. They turned out exactly as we wanted -and better. From start to finish it has been a seamless and pleasant transaction. Will be working with them on our monument and exterior building signage. I highly recommend them.

Very VERY Challenging process to get a Business sign made & up. 1st they did not “measure” the location front for sizing limits per code. WEEKS later when I stopped in, they then got to getting that done but the repeated issue was LACK OF COMMUNICATION. I literally had to stop in to get anything done. 3x’s they resized / removed border / etc. Scheduling was another black hole of info, the complex was scheduling painting, however FastSigns just had us on hold, no email, text, call etc not to mention we are only 150’ from them. Just a very challenging processfor a SIMPLE letters sign. No electricity, THE most Basic of signs. So after all is done. Looks nice - But not a fan of this group.

Well made. We were replacing our worn out banners that we had gotten elsewhere. I was given very good customers service in choosing better a better color and they were very adaptable.
The finished banners are taller, better maid and display beautifully.
Oh the best part, they were even a less expensive!

Excellent customer service and beautifully crated signs. Glen installed my interior signs. He made sure the signs were at the perfect height and centered to my preferred specifications. Glen was very patient and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Waste of time. They were not able to take a black background off of a digital picture. This is something I can do on my Samsung photo editor, which came free with my phone. They also quoted me 3 to 4 hrs at $4-500 to fix a grayscale issue on a physical photo. I guess they're still using Mac paint or something. I don't care how nice these people are, they are in the business of graphic design and can't do the most basic things related to it. They might as well shut it down now and save some time. Very frustrating and disappointing.
