My husband and I have bought and sold over 10 homes in Florida, Ga, & NC. By far, GCPG is the most stressful, dishonest realty company we’ve ever dealt with. Alex loves to “ twist” the truth. Be careful. We told him we wouldn’t incur any add’l costs after the inspection came in, since we already took off 10k on the asking price of our home. (Thanks to Alex promoting a screen enclosure to the buyers at our cost.) He said “don’t worry, I’ll take care of it”. Well low & behold, on the closing statement, there under the breakdown, was the cost of those minor repairs charged to us. He allegedly did this to the owner of the property we bought from too. I don’t think he was too happy when he found out we refused to sign the closing papers until the $500 was removed from our cost. And that was only 1 of many fallacies he told us. He also left prospective buyers in my home without any realtor present and claimed someone was there with them. He didn’t know I was sitting in my car down the block when they left my home without another realtor with them. 1week before closing there were, too numerous to name, issues with the mortgage ( things that even a beginning company would’ve known to do) and an hour before closing the mortgage was pulled away by GCPG bc they needed an employee verification . Are you kidding me? Months & months went by when this could’ve been done and they waited until an hour before closing? We were only borrowing 1/5th of the cost of the home. The equity alone was enough to qualify for the small amount we were borrowing without employment verification. I retired since all of this started and my income didn’t matter. So we ended up paying cash for the home and were offered the money for a loan the next day by Rocket Mortgage if we wanted. Then to add insult to injury Alex and his daughter claimed my husband, who qualifies 6 other electrical companies, including his own, is unemployed. Uhm no he’s not. These are only a few of the games GCPG play. Alex will tell you whatever you want to hear, regardless of the truth. So if I were you I’d choose another realtor.

Alex is 1 stop shopping from open house to purchase, handling loan and inspections to closing. Commission rate was 3.9%. Homes listed were not over priced, i sold and purchased with Alex.
Very pleased and highly recommend him him to anyone searching or buying a new home.
