“I am a new member! I am doing Evofit classes and absolutely love it.I am currently overweight and out of shape but committed to bettering myself. As someone who is over weight, I know the feeling of not knowing where to start or being intimidated by other people in the gym. I can tell you that the kindness and patience from not only the trainers but the other members as well has been incredible. And the workouts are done for you and they are different every single day!Classes are hard but I have already seen progress. My first week I couldn’t run half a mile and I could barely do a sit up. I ran a half a mile today, 6 weeks later, with no problem and can do sit ups much better. I have never in my life looked forward to going to the gym until now. I can’t wait to see the progress I make in 6 months!”

SW FL is tremendously blessed to have Smash Fitness and Brett here to provide a vast array of the state of the art training equipment. “For what the gym offers along with the price it is a very nice gym, it's definitely not going to be one of the top gyms in America but for convenient local workouts it's great, they also having tanning options. I would give 5 stars for the type of gym and price, compared to higher end gyms in big cities it's not going to be comparable”
