Everyone is so nice & care so much. I have been trying to find a groomer for years that could ease my pup’s anxiety about getting her nails clipped (she’s 50 lbs too). She was sent home with an adorable bandana, her nails clipped perfectly, and smelling great. They did an amazing job, kept me updated, & eased my worry. I’m so happy to have found the perfect place!

in addition to excellent grooming they were very kind and understanding. My sheepadoodle is only 5 months old and they have done an incredible job of making grooming an acceptable experience for her. They have also helped instruct me on proper technique of grooming maintenance at home. My pup can't wait to go back.

They are great. You need to schedule early because they are very busy.

Very good grooming shop for pets! Staff are friendly and seem to treat the pets well. My small dog always looks great after his groom. I used to own a large boarding/grooming/daycare facility, so I'm pretty picky.

We had a bad experience but even worse is how the owner Michelle handled things. I will never go back there! I hope my dog will not have trauma when getting groomed in the future.

We moved to Naples in July and I asked a friend for a referral to a groomer. She doesn't have a dog herself but asked a friend who referred me to HT. My dog is 5 years old. Before relocating, I had been having her groomed (the same company) the entire time about every 3-4 weeks because my daughter is allergic and that's usually about how long before she starts to have an issue being around the dog. I took my dog to HT and had her groomed 3 times. I believe the 2nd time, I had her shaved but I never ask a groomer to do a close shave because I can tell if the shave is too close, it makes my dog uncomfortable for a few days. Her hair wasn't very long before shaving, maybe around 1.5 inches. Her hair is fine and sightly curly. The third time, I had them trim her but again, but not shaved. At his point, her hair was probably no more than 1 inch long. Two days after she came home for that appointment, my husband noticed that on her back end, she had a patch of dark skin where there was little hair. He said it looked like she had been knicked with the shaver. I called the groomer and told them what I saw. The receptionist immediately denied that it was possible that they had anything to do with it at which point, I asked to speak with the manager. A woman (who I later found out was the owner) got on the phone and also said it was not possible. I said, you can certainly see why, given that I have never seen anything like this on her and we see it two days after she gets back from the groomer, why we might conclude it was from the grooming. She again denied it was possible and told me that my dog had a 'hotspot' in previous visit, which was news to me. I said why didn't you tell me that? She said "We assumed you knew'. She also claimed it was written in her grooming notes from a previous visit. She suggested I take her to the vet to have it looked at. She was using the term hotspot which I told her I wasn't familiar with and she was a bit condescending and acted like I was stupid for not knowing that term. I asked on a mom's FB group about it and posted a picture (did not mention company) and many, (not all) said it was unlikely it happened at the groomers. So I decided at that point to see what the vet had to say and go from there. Also, I called her previous groomer and asked if they had ever seen anything like that and they said never. I took her to the vet. The vet said while she can't say either way if that was due to the grooming, it was certainly possible and she had a bacterial infection on the spot and gave me meds to treat it. I was prepared to give the groomer the benefit of the doubt so I took her back there today. I told them absolutely no products of any kind and to use the antibacterial shampoo the vet gave me as directed. I also told them that while the vet didn't say definitively that it had been caused by the groomer, she didn't rule it out either. When I picked her up, the owner came to speak with me. She started explaining again why it was impossible for them to have caused it and I told her what the vet said. She said she would like to speak to the vet and I told her she was welcome to call her. I also told her how I called her prior groomer and they had no issues. She continued to say I should have seen it before they had her and I should have seen it sooner when I got her back from the groomer the previous time and how it was impossible they could have caused it. I asked to see the grooming notes so I could see if it was in fact in the notes and it was written at the top of the page and not in the actual dated notes. I was merely trying to get her to acknowledge how a new customer might see this. She did acknowledge that at one point but had written in the notes I was rude and she kept saying I was rude. If by rude, she meant not completely believing her denials in spite of how everything above looked, then I guess I was rude. (I wasn't). She finally acknowledged that she should have told me about the hotspot in a previous visit and said

First time to this pet salon and we will definitely be back! They handled our little chihuahua so well. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. He’s usually very anxious but they were so gentle and gave him the best cut we’ve ever had. They also added a cute little bow tie to come home with, we are so happy!
