Absolutely terrible. Zero communication, no respect for the vehicle owner, and flat-out refused to tell me where my Jeep was after moving it. They only talk to insurance, not you. Felt like I didn’t even own my own car. Avoid at all costs.

I had a thumbnail chip of paint on my 2024 Toyota Tacoma tailgate. Most people would have ignored it and moved on but I couldn't. I took it to Jacks to repair. They did a incredible job ofrepair and painting that it looks like it came off the showroom floor. The staff up front were so nice and helpful and gave me the cost to repair it. They were knowledgeable of all the aspects of the repair. They took their time to do the work and the bill was exactly what the estimate said. They gave the whole low down just in case they needed another part. They didnt but were very transparent just in case. I definitely recommend them if you need top notch collision repair or even a small little chip repair.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the work Jack’s Collision Center did on my Ford F-150 Lightning! From the moment I dropped off the truck to the day I picked it up, their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch. The repair was flawless—you’d never know there was any damage to begin with.
The paint match was perfect, the body lines are spot on, and they even went the extra mile cleaning the truck up before delivery. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the process. It’s rare to find a shop that takes such pride in their work, and it really shows.
Highly recommend Jack’s to anyone who wants quality work done right the first time!

These guys are a joke. Lies and false promises. Their reputation must be old. I took my car in there and they lied about timing they lied about why they didn’t install a spoiler. I would never do business again with this company.

I can't recommend Jack's Collision Of Bonita enough! Kevin provided absolutely stellar service, making my car his top priority. Within minutes, the issue was resolved, and I was back on the road. It's rare to find someone so professional, efficient, and dedicated to helping their customers. If you're looking for a reliable auto repair shop, look no further. Five stars all the way!

Decent work. Missed one spot to paint, but agreed to fix problem on their own without even a request from me. They got a 4 star because there is absolutely no place to park, but facility is clean and good workmanship. They need a bigger place. You will not find anyone any better, trust me.
