Charlie O was at the register when i came in, he was very sweet and kind, and he took the time to ask me about my day. small things mean alot to some people, and i am one of those people!!! i appreciated his help. and the store is clean, with great options :)

Enforce the express lane rule. Out of control today and John at customer service just added to the chaos by taking full carts of merchandise the customer service counter. When notified full carts were going through express lanes, he literally said nothing and shrugged his shoulders.
