Alert Beware !!!
Publix 3304 Bonita Beach Rd.
I went to buy a sub, and the woman called. Deb was awful from the start till the end she is so racist her look was so cold and not friendly I it made me feel awful.
I called the manager only to be told that she was the best employee Ha Ha I felt insulted twice
so that got me to call the store manager. If this continues I will call district you cannot have employees that will mistreat others just because of their sorry life, I give this department a one Star only because I could not do zero but if I could’ve, I would’ve given them a zero.

Erns and Magie are terrible in the deli
Super rude and let people cut in front of you when you’ve been waiting 10 minutes. Mag slapped together the sub and burnt it to the point where it looks like my white bread was actually wheat.
No communication from any of them.
Come on, you make subs for a living, at least be somewhat proud

Second time in a row ordering sandwiches ahead of time and both times took forever.
Today we ordered at 10:15 and said it wouldn’t be ready until 11:00 (which is already absolutely ridiculous). We get there at 11:00 and they haven’t even started the order yet with a ton of workers just standing around. Ridiculous.

We visit the area every year and always have a positive experience. The staff are friendly and the food quality and presentation is awesome. It’s easy to maneuver thru the store to locate what you need.

Deli employees not helping with subs they just sitting around talking. Leaving Alian alone but he handled it like a champ. Line is 5 people long and only one person working subs this isn't the first time either. Step it upp!!

Went in to grab only a sub and somehow had a really unpleasant experience. A woman with brown hair made my sub at the deli and she could not have been more unfriendly. She didn't even ask what kind of bread or brand of meat I wanted, she just assumed, so when I asked for the Italian that's on sale she gave me boars head and charged me a higher price. I went to get the price corrected and the older woman with brown hair at the customer service desk was just as unfriendly and gave me an attitude when I told her the correct price. My only experience at this publix and it definitely wasn't a good one 👎🏻

Aldi is cheaper. I discovered it in Spain and there is nothing to compare it with.
