Merlyn and her team that go to the Palms Senior Living facility for care needs of my grandfather was superb. It did not matter what time of day or night. If I had questions, they always replied immediately. Even when I was not expecting it. I live far away from my grandfather, and take care of his needs from here. With their help, it’s truly been a great experience. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance. Thank you Marlyn, Susan, Rachel and the rest.

Right at Home of Bonita Springs has cared for 3 of my family members for over 10 years. I truly appreciate all the care they provided and highly recommend this office. The caregivers who provided care for my father for 7 years were absolutely wonderful. They all treated him like family and I appreciate how they communicated with me from out of state. I also felt that the office was on top of scheduling and will always appreciate that they provided care during 2 hurricanes. The office always communicated well with a very comprehensive system of care logs, medical logs & communication.I am sincerely grateful to the entire team!!

We love the caretaker Natasha for my bedridden mother in law. We 1st met with Dominic who replaced the 1st two workers we had quickly being not the right fit.... Dominic has texted us weekly to check in....as I have text him on how happy we are with Natasha. Not every caregiver will be right for your home we found the one who is as much a part of our home and have gotten to know and she is the right one for us! Thank you all for finally getting me and my husband the help we need with his mother!

As a community partner of this agency, I can’t say enough how grateful I am to have a resource like Right at Home in the community. Often, families underestimate the added benefit of having a private duty aide to acclimate their loved ones to a Skilled Nursing setting. I’ve witnessed first hand how terrific the caregivers at Right at Home are and how tireless the staff is. Kudos to Danielle Dyer for the exceptional business she has cultivated in this community!

Merely getting a ride to have a procedure was a nightmare 3/27/2020. They sent a Julanna who had really negative energy. Noticed when she walked thru the door. Very rude and condescending. How anyone would allow her to be a healthcare professional is beyond me. The doctor sent me to the wrong address and I had to walk to another address for the surgical procedure because she left. After the procedure they sent this ugly soul back for me and she could not follow simple instructions from the nurses. Pick up at the back door. She made us both walk thru the parking lot where she was on her phone with her family calling them baby. She was driving like a bat out of hell, ignoring any speed limits. I couldn't wait to get away from her before I was killed in a crash. She also needs to clean up her nasty car.

What an easy experience it was to get EMERGENCY help for my brother-in-law. Quick. Efficient. Professional. Caring. They called to check on how things were going, also. I HIGHLY recommend Right At Home. I am in the Elder Care Industry, and I am picky who I recommend. I recommend Right At Home without hesitation!

Only in the home for a parent less than two weeks, called one morning and said they'd not service her anymore....their client bill of rights states we'd get two weeks notice...we got the morning of leaving us in a lurch
