The people aren’t the problem. I broke out in a rash from the perfume odors in this building. Scent machine warning! For anyone with allergies do not go in!! They claim that there is no problem, but the air in there is toxic. With all the problems and warnings of scent machines, paraffin wax candles, and plug-ins, why do people keep poisoning the air? Also, why do they want to blame their customers when it’s clearly their issue. No one person‘s personal perfume can make the entire building smell. This issue is at this location, not others. The public deserves to walk into a space without having allergy attacks. I feel sorry for the people who work there, being subjected to benzene, acetaldehyde, and formaldehyde and phthalates. I smell a lawsuit coming from employees down the line when they get sick.

Upon visiting the Bonita Springs location to get pre-approved for an auto loan, I was greeted by Lilly and the rest was nothing short of fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and provided comprehensive council during the process.

Joanne was great. She got me started with my first business account. She walked me through the process and made everything extremely easy for me. She was informative and encouraging. People like Joanne are what make Suncoast Credit Union so great. I've been a member just under a year now and their over-the-top customer service is consistent from Branch to Branch. I definitely look forward to going into the stores to do business.
Beyond that, Joanne could tell I was checking my shoulder as I had my dog Ross hanging out in the truck waiting on me. So, of course in true Suncoast style she had me bring him in and just really committed like everyone else at Suncoast.

First time using the Bonita branch and I’m very happy with how I was treated. For referance, it’s 2 days before the hurricane and I just wanted to make sure everything was in order for my business. Yara took her time to explain everything in depth and made sure I had no further questions. My mom has had a combination of memory issues and being targeted for scams in the past year. As a result, her checking account was compromised. We went in to the Bonita Springs branch for help. Lily C. was wonderful in her kindness and patience. She went above and beyond to help us dispute a number of charges. Over the course of several visits, Lily was consistent in her professionalism while also showing empathy for my mother’s situation. I hope to never be in that situation again, but if we are, I hope Lily C. will be there, because I know she will help.
