It was and the last time I went there I went to wash my car and they left the window open and the water got into my car. Terrible service ?

After reading reviews, it understand that the full service and self service are seperate. Im writing the review for two reasons. One, when I needed to get a smaller bill for the change machine, I went to see the cashier at the full service side (not knowing it was two seperate business'). She was a bit rude and short with me, explaining how she cant help with anything with the self serve side and stating she didnt know what bills I wanted. I asked for a 20 and three tens. She gave me two 20s, a 5, and five 1s. Obviously she is tired of the self serve issues, but I didnt think the rudeness was justified. Second reason for the review is to warn people of the self serve. Unfortanetly for Primo, a google search shows no other listing for the self serve wash, but they are seperate. The Vacuum ate my quarters, and costs $3 for 2 minutes. Most exspensine around. Also the vedning machines didnt work. After that I didnt even bother trying to actually wash my car. Dont bother with the self serve. I cant speak to the quality of the full service, but the cashier was not pleasant to speak with.

Need to find a way to be more efficient. Waited 30 minutes for a basic car wash when there were only 2 cars in front of mine. Not sustainable for me.

Not sure how this operation works, but there seems to be some kind dispute in the plaza.
Im coming in to use the vaccum to get sand out of the car and the quater machine is not working. One place sends me to another and nobody can fix my quarter issue. Then when i ask for quarters again. This place tries to seel me a wash package for 20 bucks. I just want 3 dollars in quarters.
Fix the machine if u dont want to carry quarters. What a waste of time.

The best car wash I’ve had in the area. I did the full service $55 touchless ceramic wash and to my surprise they were able to remove hundreds of miles worth of bug build up. The interior also looks great. Definitely the closest thing you can get before spending much more on actual detailing. I highly recommend this car wash if you’re looking for full interior and exterior. Much better than the local automatic washes that don’t remove half the bugs and dirt.

Soap is water down and don’t clean vechile and also the power of the water won’t even nock off a bug…….and they use well water……horrible place horrible service …spent 30$ and car not even clean…….this place been here for yearsssss and just keep getting worse and worse……

Great customer service and outstanding job. Primo ceramic coated my 2022 F450 last year , just had my one year follow up and his Technicians did an amazing job once again. Very professional and very detailed work ???? Thanks Guys

The worst carwash around. Don't waste your money. I paid $3.00 to use the vaccum, I had a small area I vacuumed in the trunk, next I went to the driver's side and barely finished and the time was up. It's set for less than two minutes. I recommend paying a little more and using the carwash by Home Depot, the vaccum is unlimited with the purchase of a carwash. I'll never was my car here again, it's a rip off.

Been coming here for years. Today was VERY different. I have a discount card but I left it in my car. In the past when I said I forgot it in the car, they said no problem. Today the kid at the counter said no discount. Then he had the balls to ask me for a tip.Re thi king this pla e.

Shortly after I arrive in FL, one of my first visits it to Primo to clean my car after a long road trip. Looks so good after it cleaned. Back inside window is always streaky, have to clean myself.

not a great deal at all on the do-it-yourself vacuum machines and or the do-it-yourself power wand wash with foaming brush both of these devices the vacuum and the power wand wash systems require a lot of change or dollar bills to get your car cleaned and vacuumed he'd be better off just paying the $12 - $20 at a car wash in my point of view. if you add up you're going to spend $12 on average or more to vacuum and wash your car with the do-it-yourself plus an hour of your time in doing it you're better off going to a full service car wash for about the same amount of money in a fraction of the time your car is done & clean!

Johnathan and team really make this a must use... I'm a year round local and there is no attitude here like Naples Auto Spa locations... best car wash in the area hands down!! Great re-launch
