I love coming here its a good quick wash with fair prices. However when I last used the swipe feature on the self wash within 24 hours I had a Fraudulent charge from Suncoast credit union and this was the last place I used that card. Not sure what can be done or if they can update the payment system to be more secure.

Don’t use the credit card swipe in the self serve bays. If you use quarters you get 4 minutes for $3. I ran out of quarters for my end of wash rinse after hand washing. Used a credit card and pressed the end button at 3 minutes and change. Saw that I was charged $10! What a ripoff. And their rinse water has contamination even after running for several minutes. Not sure what it was putting on my car but it looked milky and could have been wax or soap. Use quarters and hope whatever is in their rinse(and I wasn’t on the spot free rinse) doesn’t ruin your ceramic coating. There’s also no place to hang the spray wand without it spraying everywhere.

I took my car in for a wash, but mostly for the interior. There was a lot of dog hair that my vacuum wouldn't pick up. They did a fantastic job. I'm turning my car in to the dealer today & the car looks so good.Thanks for doing such a great job. Needless to say I will be back.

Super Suds is a great car cleaning center. ? You can choose from self service cleaning bays, or attendant wash or you can schedule a full car detailing.?I took one of my cars in for detailing and the price quoted was very reasonable. They scheduled the detailing service very conveniently for me. In about 4 hours they had done a beautiful job detailing my car, as I prepared to put it up for sell.They are so polite, professional ? and take pride in their work and satisfaction of their customers.?I encourage anyone looking for a great DIY car wash, or attendant washing of your car or full detailing service to contact them, Alicia and the team are wonderful to work with your schedule and car cleaning needs ✨

The owner bent over backwards to make sure my SUV looked better than showroom new when I had them detail the vehicle. I'm thrilled!!! I will recommend these guys to everyone I can.

After I waited 10 minutes outside in line & pulled up to the vacuum area where I informed the clerk of the wash I needed (you have many choices) she rang up the most expensive one, which was not the one I selected. I corrected her, she changed it & then I went inside to pay & wait for my car. I stood in line to pay & when I got to the cashier she told me that the automatic wash was not working & that all cars were being hand washed next door. At that point, my car had been put in the queue. I asked her how long it might take & she said maybe a half hour. I decided to stay & wait it out but also told her that they should put a sign out front informing us of the delay & procedure. She got defensive & said I could get a refund & leave if I wanted to to do so. I said, I've now spent over 15 minutes here & my car is in the queue. I should've been told up front! She didn't agree. Bait & Switch!!!! Dishonest & deceitful! I came outside to wait & a lady ahead of me said she waited a full hour!

I was super excited to have a self-service & full-service car wash plus detail & other services. I tried Super Suds Car Wash, Full-Service Car Wash, the works. They offer a wide array of service for every individual.Concerning their full-service wash & hand dry, the staff did not do a very good job. Vacuuming the inside of my vehicle. The full-service wash includes vacuum and Dash Wiping with Armorall. They quickly wiped the inside of my vehicle, not taking the time to really wipe my dash & infotainment system. They used the vaccumes rough plastic tip on my leather seats, leaving small scratches as they pulled the vacuum nossle across the leather. The staff receiving vehicles to vacuum & wipe does not speak English very well, so you can not explain what you desire. Maybe have one English speaker available to help lead staff, so the customers can explain their wishes!All & all it was just an okay car wash. I just left their car wash again this morning. This time, I utilized their Self-Service Wash Bay! All of the options for the wash wand do not work! This is a new car wash. Everything should be in working order! The self-service bay was just okay. I'm more infatuated with the idea of having a car wash so close to my home for convenience & regular visits.I will edit my review, adding other services as I discover them. They have menus outling confusingly, what services they offer.I may have a full detail package done the next time I visit, I will again edit my review & update with further information.All and all, just an okay car wash, in my opinion. I will use them again & again. Maybe my opinion will change.Give them a try & leave your own review. So other people can have information about our local businesses & the services they provide.My review has been honest & unsolicited, my opinion only. Moved to Bonita Springs 4 months ago. Have tried 4 different car washes in the vicinity and Super Suds is best by far. Very nice employees and high quality washing and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!Service: Full body wash
