My favorite UPS store is because of Kenny. This guy is great, awesome customer service, patient and just goes above and beyond for the customer. He's got old-school customer service skills that are just hard to find lately.

My package 1ZH877F40411610975 should have arrived on 06/04/2025 by 7:30 pm. A sender missed an apartment number, and UPS didn't even try to call, text or email me to figure out a missing info. Instead of this, immediately - in 20 minutes, at 7:58 pm they shipped my package with very urgent important stuff back to Europe!!! They didn't even give me a chance to receive my package! They don't think, don't feel, and literally don't care. I will never ever use your services anymore!

How easy it was to return my friends watch. I had no packaging. Waited in a small line for 5 min. The clerk began on my case immediately, no pause from the previous encounter. He had my watch packaged and labeled, I was on my way out the door 15 min. From the time I entered the store.

Although parking can some times be a challenge, the customer service was worth my wait. Had several things at once and they were respectful with the tedious process. Recommend it highly.

According to the front page displayed on their store’s individual website,: “ We offer a range of domestic, international and freight shipping services…” I paid $ 1100 to have 2 chairs shipped individually from Bonita Springs to Chicago, told I was paying for inside delivery, that the freight company would contact me 2-3 days prior to my delivery to arrange a 4-hour delivery window on a date of my choosing, the boxes would be put in my apartment and checked for damage. NONE of that happened. I was called by the freight company and told the chairs were being “dropped off” the next day; when I refused, they said if I didn’t accept them the next day I would be charged storage fees each day. I said they could be delivered the next day, asked that the driver call 30 minutes before arriving. The driver called 10 minutes beforehand, dropped the 2 boxes in the doorway and left. In spite of having paid for inside delivery, I got to manage each 80 pound box down a hallway, into an elevator, unpack in the hallway and maneuver into my apartment. Each chair was in cardboard box 36” x 36” x 36” without a single piece of paper, foam, shrink wrap, or any kind of packing material whatsoever in the box. One of the chairs was shipped upside down with all its weight on the top of the back of the chair. Neither of the boxes were marked “THIS SIDE UP”. I would recommend to NEVER, NEVER, EVER even consider using UPS to arrange any kind of freight service. My concerns about the shipment were addressed by a representative in a different UPS Store in Naples who hung up on me during our phone call. Clearly, they do not have sufficient information about the process to accurately inform their customers. A very disappointing, completely unsatisfactory experience in relation to a freight shipment.

If you need anything urgent or notary services DO NOT go to this place. The Notery personnel is an incompetent difficult person. The document that the bank notarized for me without a problem, she simply refused for non sense reasons. She should be fired or send back to retake the course.
