Customer service is not apparently in their world. Won't come out from behind the counter to assist with working the copier. Said to just "estimate" the number of copies. Asked for help and told by the manager that I was rude and used an improper tone. I owned a UPS store for 10 years and if my employees treated a customer that way I would have immediately "retrained" them. Will not be going back to this location.

Ginger is so very rude. If you want everyone out of your store at exactly 6:00, even after they have waited in line you should change your hours. "She will have to come back tomorrow" is terrible customer service.

Called to confirm they had shredding services and then brought 35 pounds of paper to shred and had the coupon for up to 10 pounds free shredding when paying for 10 pounds--clerk looked at the coupon and manager said we dont honor those!! I was shocked but paid the $35 and made a mental note not to trust this store in the future....

Very disturbing experience at your store today. I came in with my usual, Amazon return I noticed at the entrance there was a tape gun, so I proceeded to use the tape gun to seal up my package. I brought the package over to a sales associate who told me that you know you'd have to pay for that ,that is not for customer use.I said I assumed that it was because in the USPS stores here in Bonita they have a tape gun for use on the desk so customers can do it themselves. Then the manager came over and verbally accused me loud and clear that I was stealing the tape , I then explain to her that I assumed once again that it was for customers because I'm used to using the tape gun in the USPS stores there was a long line I was humiliated and feel that she was totally out of line and unprofessional . She needs some serious training!!!! Furthermore, I might also add as she scanned my phone for my Amazon return. She said now that I have your information I'm going to call the cops and file a report. Inflexible and not solution oriented. I came in to have a gift wrapped picture shift. I was told that all of “this material“ (referring to the giftwrapping) would have to be removed, so that some kind of shipping material could be applied to the glass. When I protested that this would negate the point of having gift wrapped it in first place, I was told that everything gets packed “to a certain standard.“ No alternative was offered. Obviously, I did not ship my gift with this business. If they want my business, they will need to be more creative and flexible.

I have been coming to this UPS location for years. I always receive the same friendly and helpful service from the same employees. I do not understand how the rating of this location is so low other than a bunch of Karen’s complaining about their wait times during the very busy season. Five stars all the way!
