This is the worst ups store in Bonita. The younger guy is more worried about his phone than customer service. He couldn’t put it down and acted like o he was annoyed that customers even came in. Kinda rude and short. This isn’t my first encounter with him. Last time i chucked it up to maybe a bad day but it seems to be his attitude in general. The older lady is a gem she is so sweet. Will drive to the one on beach road which is out of my way but I like the staff there and they have their own Amazon kiosk. Sooo much easier and much more friendly staff.

GET RID OF THAT KID WORKING THERE!!! They need to get rid of whoever that young guy is that works there. Or at least keep him in the backroom. As many times as I've gone there, I have NEVER had a good experience with him. He's rude, snotty, condesending, and outright mean. Seems to resent having to deal with people. My wife came home almost crying from the horrible treatment. We'll drive further just to have a decent experiencee.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! The young man who works here is extremely rude, inconsiderate and downright nasty. I will never go to this location again!
Update: I emailed the store as the owner requested and I received NO response and it’s been over a month!

Ups is literally the worst mail carrier company out there. Lost packages, delayed deliveries, inaccurate time frames for deliveries. I've done my best to avoid shipping with them at any cost because literally every single time I get something delivered from them its a nightmare.

I am a local and ship items out for my side job with UPS. One Saturday I woke up early to send 3 boxes to ups which says it opens at 8:30 and waited till 9 am and they still did not open. I came back later and when checking out the young kid who works there *Hunter* who I try to avoid at all costs was there. I have had several interactions with him and he has been rude and condescending to myself and my family members.The last time I was in the store he asked me why I come in so often and honestly that is none of his business. I would like to file a complaint about the kid that works there.I don't appreciate going into a store for this guy to give me an attitude and to be condescending to me. This has been a truly awful experience and I hope his dad the owner sees this review. I will take my business to the other UPS down the road where it has been a pleasure doing business. Save yourself the stress and go to the UPS on Bonita Beach Road.

I have been coming to this store for quite some time.
The owner was always very warm and friendly to me and my two children. She would give them fake receipts so they would get excited to go to the ups store.
I am a single mom of two little girls.
One child has a special-needs…
My daughters were very excited Going in to the store a week ago and this time there was a gentleman named Clay helping us.
Very bad energy and demeanor.
My kids kept touching the machine. They are gentle they were not going to break anything. Just being silly.
He started screaming at them, and then at one point, he smacked my kids hand with the scanner and told her to stop touching it
when I told him not to touch my child that I would tell her to stop. He told me to control my freaking kids. These are two beautiful little girls ages three and five and no one has any right to treat someone like that. I am furious and disgusted that the owner did not take action when she saw this and I spoke to her about my concerns
I observed Clay screaming at the owner while in back in front of other customers.
The owner said there’s not much she can do
I do not agree with her!
Furthermore , I will be contacting the legal department for ups and we will not be going back there and on top of him being rude. Clay was ***Definitely under the influence of something…. Be careful of you take children to this location!!

The Mondry family owned store is one of the best, in my experience across multiple states, for customer service and ethical conduct. My corporations and I have been their customer since 1998, and my businesses require utmost trust (federal lender and real estate) for me and my clients. I dont normally review. But the guy working on Nov. 26th is possibly the worst employee I've seen lately. Apathetic and rude. The owner should get rid of him before he ruins the store.

I am the owner of a rewards company and do business with several area restaurants. On Oct 18 I had a box with a golf club to be shipped to my Illinois location and I included 5 packs of $25 gift certificates for 5 of our clients lining the box. The box was opened and the employee was to add some wrap to secure it. It arrived at my Illinois address missing 2 packs (100 each) of gift certificates. I called the manager and he said “it wasn’t his problem” and he didn’t see the missing gift certificates anywhere and maybe they fell out of the closed box! Seriously!!! I know understand your negative reviews and when I lived there for 12 years I tried to stay away from your Pelican Landing store #3313.
