Gwen at the US passport acceptance office was fantastic! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. Highly recommend seeing her for passport services!

Placed our mail on hold 6/24/25-7/24/25. Stated on the form the we would PICK UP THE MAIL UPON OUR RETURN. The hold confirmation stated we had 10 days after the hold ended (7/24/25) to pick it up. I went to Old 41 post office to pick it up on 7/29/25.
Was told the post office delivered it on Wednesday 7/23/25.
Fortunately our neighbor saw it sitting out and took it inside.

We completed our passport application during walk-in hours. The process was very well organized. Sarah processed our applications, and took our passport photo’s. She was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Great job!

Went in to apply for my passport. I had a great experience, although the line was very long (there were about 25 people ahead of me) the staff worked as fast as they could with each family to ensure they had a good experience. They even took down everyone’s name and made a list of everyone in line and made sure they helped everyone in order of when they came in. It was very organized. Of course there were a few negative Nancy’s complaining and being entitled but patience is a virtue. I liked how organized they were and they clearly worked well as a team. They even had copies of applications for people who either brung in the wrong application or didn’t fill out the application correctly, and had tape measures to measure people height; not sure if that’s standard but they had everything anyone could need. The staff were super nice, despite the rush of people. When it was my turn to get serviced the process only took about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this facility.

This was my first time visiting the Bonita Springs postal office as I needed to renew my passport. All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially Sarah, who assisted me during my passport appointment! The process went by very smoothly and quickly. I can’t emphasize how amazing Sarah was !!!

We put in a mail transfer May 7th. The post office screwed up the date and put June 7th. Here it is June 22nd and still no mail. I spoke to someone they transferred me to in Fort Myers and he was less than adult about the whole transfer issue. Rude and unprofessional to say the least! So where is our mail????
