Gwenda Murph was so kind and helpful with our passport renewal process. Went early on a Saturday and only had to wait for one other family. In and out in under and hour. Both ladies working were pleasant and super helpful.

Was informed by email todays mail was in. Went to pick it up. Waited for quite awhile. Finally brought me the previous days mail and said the current mail wasn’t sorted. Very poorly run business, need a major overhaul.

Best USPS in SWFL in my opinion. I prepay for all my packages and they make it so convenient to simply drop it in the bin to avoid the line. Every USPS should have this feature and I get so annoyed when it is not. When I have had any question they do a great job. This store deserves much more credit and a much better rating. Many people are just ignorant or old and do not know how to make life easier on employees. This is the only usps I prefer to go to. The location is great and easy to get to.

The staff are amazing at this post office. Especially during the winter when they are dealing with long lines and rude customers, they are unfailingly polite and courteous. I admire their patience, speed and competency.

When you go into the post office, the workers are very pleasant and helpful. That's the only thing good about it. They don't properly follow forwarding instructions. When forwarding mail, they don't check whether it's for an individual or a family. When a request for an individual is done, they forward everything. Then when you try to correct it, they forward nothing! So frustrating and causing issues with bills

drove over an hour to passport appointment. My Son missed school. They sent the clerk to lunch because I was 5 minutes late. I was there in time for the second appointment which I requested to have. They didn’t honor it.

Their mailman person are a joke ! not unable to look up an address properly ! they wrote unknown and send back you package, Or their put in the wrong mailbox .

Worst customer service experience ever. First they lose the package. Offered no tracking history whatsoever even though I have a number. Then magically shows up three days late. Wasted over an hour waiting for the postmaster who provided absolutely no details whatsoever when the package was lost. Absolute and total garbage government service. Will never ship with USPS again. Will gladly pay extra for UPS.
