the workers here are much nicer than the naples location. however for a government building Id expect them to fix all the potholes in front it looks terrible and not necessarily good for customers cars

I really appreciate the ladies in this post office! They were kind, helpful and happy to help mail my wedding invitations with care. Thank you Bonita Springs USPS!

I have never had a rude postal worker at this location. In fact the post master for Bonita is a great guy and always helpful so the culture there starts at the top. Sorry that other person had a bad experience but that is not the norm.

New to the area and ended up going out of my way to get my post office box here. This was the only professional, clean and efficient post office. The guy behind the counter is so accommodating. He is focused on whoever he is attending to at the moment. As it should be because customers rudely interrupt the staff in the middle of their transactions. He even thankfully removed a lizard for me while I had a slight meltdown. The only reason for less than five stars is for the lady that returned a package delivered there by FedEx 4 days before my mail-forwarding order. I go to pick up my item and noticed that the mail forwarding card was placed too soon in the box that I paid for. I ignored that but when the very helpful gentleman at the counter attempted to find my package he could not. Turns out the genius did not even forward the package which I could live with but returned it to sender. I waited forever to get the item and am now unable to get that exact one. Also, I have to deal with FedEx claiming that the package was delivered. This is why people get so annoyed with postal workers that don't think.

Encountered the nastiest employee today... I brought a prepaid package in to be returned and totally forgot my wallet at home. As I was wrapping my package with priority tape the older male employee yelled over at me asking me how I was mailing my item back. I told him I have a prepaid label, he shouted back that I wasn't able to use that tape and had to buy my own. It was that second I realized I forgot my wallet at home. I explained to him that I forgot my wallet and asked if there was any tape they had in the back that I could please use. He was extremely rude and responded with "no, you have to buy your own... nothing here is free". I had stated that it costs nothing to be kind and do a good deed, and I would have to go home and get my wallet and come all the way back. He proceeded to go back at me stating that I could buy tape and that's all he could do for me. Of course I was angry and began to fire back at him, honestly sure who pissed in this mans cherrios this morning because he was so rude and nasty to me. Like I said in this day and age it costs nothing to be kind. So many people are going through things you do not know, so them a favor and be a little nicer.

This post office does not have the larger style package drop off in the entry lobby so large packages must be taken to the counter even if they are pre-labelled. They have the smaller drop slots and a regular priority mail box fits through those. I dropped off two light boxes today (each weighing less than 12 oz) and was yelled at by someone working for USPS behind the drop box. They told me to stop putting boxes in the drop off as they crush people's mail.... The slot is larger than a regular priority mail box, if it fits it goes in, and I was so shocked by being told I could not use the drop off that I walked out with the rest of my mail. When did USPS become a white glove service protecting letters from having packages dropped on them? I am 100% sure worse things will happen to those poor letters during the 1 (or 2 or 3) weeks they will be in transit with USPS. Very odd thing to yell to a customer, super unfriendly.

Very surprised to read most comments as I always had great service from this post office. In December 2020, the lady opened about 25 minutes earlier, to serve customers waiting there. Nothing but praise for them. I just hope that the authorities would impose the necessity to wear a mask inside. Some people are considerate but there was one time when I left upon noticing a young customer not wearing a mask. It is a small place so I did not feel safe & left.

Evidently asking an important question about recieving chemo meds is considered a stupid question. The man shouldn't be in customer service. Be sure to talk to the nice lady...

THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST OFFICE IN THE UNITED STATES! The postmaster, AL GUCMERIS is the rudest person I have ever met. This post office lost about 200 pieces of mail and can't even give a decent reason. I mailed a few pieces of mail to myself, to my son and to friends in another state, in addition to about 240 pieces going out for business reasons. It has been 4 weeks and I still haven't received my mail and no one else has either. About 75 pieces were returned to me for no reason. DO NOT TRUST THIS POST OFFICE. IT'S EVEN WORSE THAT THE POSTMASTER HIMSELF IS A CARELESS PERSON THAT COULD NOT CARE IF YOUR MAIL IS DELIVERED OR STOLEN IN THE POST OFFICE.
