Always, consistently late preparing prescriptions often skipping add’l RX’s all while rationalizing poor customer service. This Walgreens is a Walgreens deterrent.

I went in for passport photo that they advertise and also say it includes a digital email of photo which I needed to renew my PASSPORT ONLINE! The rep could not get the email to me. He asked me to stand outside for a bit as he said internet reception was not not that good inside and so I did. I still did not receive a digital email. He said may take awhile and so I left as he said would try sending it again and call me. I called about 3 hrs later as I never got it. He said he would try again. I called later that nite- new store manager on now. I told him problem and asked him to try. He said their system might be down. He said I would have to come back to store and bring the passport photos but I said I had updated my store account and please try. He said he would. I never ever got it. It is the next day and I give up. Three employees tried and I spent way too much time dealing with this. Walgreens should not advertise online that they provide this service of a digital email of photo. My advice for those needing a passport photo to renew their passport online is— dont go to Walgreens. Try an office supply store!!

Absolutely terrible service. They indicated that there was a problem with my prescription and that I needed to call the pharmacy. I was on hold for over an hour. They actually wore me down and I hung up. Will be moving to a different pharmacy like CVS or Publix.

The worst customer service, probably in the USA. Terrible treating customers/patients/prescribers. Complete lack of professionalism. God only knows what they do back there. Stay away, go somewhere else.

Very bad service at the pharmacy. Small curly haired Hispanic female is unfriendly and rude confrontational said looked at her to long.
My prescription was called in at 9 AM by my doctor which I personally witnessed but she tried to say they never called it in when I asked her to check she said it’s gonna take three hours to be ready

Slow service in person , on the phone and the drive through as . Always a wait . Staff always seem to be very limited at best .

While waiting in line for the pharmacy I noticed how the pharmacies was talking to his employee. Swearing at him and barking at him. I was more than happy waiting but I shouldn’t overhear someone treating employees so terrible.

A quick stop that saved the day! My dogs needed some wipes for their paws and the customer service was great! The cashier pointed me right to where I might find them and I DID! He was very friendly and helpful. This location has lots of parking and the store is very organized.

I went to pick the my pictures and they were cut any Cain of way and be smaller than orders if they didn’t wanted to print them they should not do it if they don’t want to work the right way

This review is for the Walgreens 13520 Tamiani Trail in North Naples, Florida.I usually go to the drive through but had to go in this time. Unfortunately, I am on crutches due to a recent hip surgery. I am in pain and have been battling depression. I went in to pick up pain meds and a new medication that I need for the depression that was called in by my doctor. The pharmacy tech very rudely told me they didn’t have it, that they might or might not be on order and I can come back in NEXT Tuesday! My eyes filled with tears and I told her I am leaving next the state Tuesday. She couldn’t help me at all. I literally left the pharmacy in tears. No words. Just a huge feeling of sadness that a person could be so nasty and mean for no reason. Her attitude and the way she spoke was so cruel.I made my way to the front register to pick up an online order and told the cashier, Darlene, what happened. I burst into tears again. She was so incredibly kind and sweet. She even walked me to my car and placed my bags in the front seat.The moral of this story is please try harder. Be kind. You never know what someone is going through. I hobbled up to the pharmacy on a very tough day and still managed to be polite and put on a smile. This woman could have totally sent me over the edge and nearly did. I walked away in tears and with no solution to my issues. I am very thankful for the kindness of Darlene.I will never use this pharmacy ever again. I posted this on FB and have received messages from local friends telling me they were treated poorly at this location too.In a world where you can be anything be kind.

Went to print out Christmas cards with a friend. We were told they would be done that day about 4pm. Went back to get them mine where not done my friend was able to some how get her Christmas cards. But the printer was out of ink. Okay. I was told that they will be done the following day at 10 am went at 11:30 am told they were still not done. Never again!!
