“I am receiving a package from England. The tracking information was very confusing and both a Sarasota postal employee and I couldn’t figure out what was going on.
He found the phone number for the Bowling Green PO and I called. A very pleasant woman answered the phone. She explained the reason for the confusion and actually found my package . The package was leaving Bowling Green tonight and she told me the route and when it would arrive here.
Very positive experience and a very helpful and pleasant postal worker.”
