The lady that works in the afternoon is completely oblivious to what is going on!! I told her $60 on pump nine and she rings it in for $6. She clearly is skull fried!!!! You know what they say, you can't fix stupid!! She is a complete waste of her skin suit....

The car wash at this 7-11 13555 S Military Trail, Delray Beach, FL 33484 offers the club benefit of 4 washes 5th one free. Save receipts. The payment machine outside wash never has paper for printing receipts. You go inside and ask for receipt and your refused and told you have to pay inside first to get a code and receipt to save for club benefit, they will not print a receipt for the wash already taken.What a scam!Place a large sign outside before waiting in line telling customers to pay inside first or put paper on the payment machine.This is aScam and total BS.They lost a customer but I'm sure they don't care

This is the second time I went this stor to purchase coffee I use my reward card and the cashier said my reward center is down so I have to pay for it this need to be fix I expend lot of money to 7 eleven thank yiu

Usually great service! The last 2 Saturday afternoon went to buy a Full Cheese pizza. Both times told we don't have any. At 3pm in afternoon. Having worked for 7-11 for many years, Knowing the didn't look in fridge and r freezer, makes me believe just laziness and not wanting to cook. Your LOSING lots of sales if you don't want to sell food

Paid for car wash at the gas pump, car wash turned out of service. I went inside for a refund where I was told they can’t give me my money back because their register will be short! I paid for a service that they cannot provide and can’t get my money back. I asked for a manager and a phone number and I was refused both. He sent me outside to look for a phone number because he won’t give it to me. There was no phone number anywhere to be seen. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

For the first time I had to ask for assistance with the air and vacuum machine and I. Couldn’t believe how rude the older guy was!! Apparently they don’t want people to use coins but they still have the darn quarter machine sitting right there!Usually I’m in and out but the moment you need help with something don’t expect respectful nor friendly customer service!!!

Not only is this 7-eleven location the worst I have ever been to, but after having a horrible experience with the manager/worker, I contacted 7-eleven to make a formal complaint on the matter. Do you think after 48 hours, which they said they would reach out to me, they made any attempts to resolve the issue? I was harassed, lied to and offered no assistance at that location. When I explained this via 7-eleven's feedback portal, nothing happened.It is sad that businesses believe they will get loyalty when they treat those who shop in their stores so poorly. After using up all my points, I will not ever associate with 7-eleven. As it stands, they shall never get my business. All I wanted was to speak with someone, but that was too much of an ask. The pictures below was all the response I got. An opportunity to leave feedback after they "resolved" the issue.Edit: If you cared to notice, the images I provided was me giving my feedback. Check your logs, I will no longer extend any more effort to engage a business that doesn't care about customer relations.

Idk if it's a culture thing or what, but the Pakistanis that run the store think that anytime someone needs to exchange an item that is defective(i bought a Black n Mild cigar from them and discovered that bugs had gotten inside the wrapper somehow and went back in immediately to show the clerk and get another. They told me that I must've put the bugs inside because "they don't have pests" and they refused to exchange it despite having just purchased it.. and only costing .79c and having the receipt. Then, a year later, i bought a phone charger that was bad. Same thing happened, despite having the original packaging AND the receipt. I just wanted to exchange it but this time, the clerk loudly proclaimed that i was a scammer and told me to leave his store and cited the black n Mild that i had tried to exchange a year prior... no joke.) The other workers are always helpful and kind, but the Pakistanis think everyone is "up to no good" ... so i don't know if in their country exchanging a defective product or being expected to honor their own offers/ policies isn't something they do or if they just think that everyone is out to rip them off. But they'd rather lose customers by refusing to make something right(even if it's replacing something that cost less than a dollar... it's the principal of it all.... you just sold a product that wasn't what it was supposed to be/do.... but you refuse to make it right... why?) And then on top of it all, the clerks insult you and call YOU the scammer... because you expected what you purchased would be good & if not, you expec them replace it... sounds like theyre the scammers. Keep driving... this store isn't worth the trouble... unlessyou like being ripped off and insulted publicly.
