Price gouging yesterday 3/4/2025 gas there was 2.89 and now today 3/5/2025 3.19 30 cent increase in one day and it's the same gas as yesterday ⛽️ channel 5 please look in to this

4/5 since I got to school it’s near by the one thing I have a problem with this place is the gift cards. Every time i go there and get a gift or a Visa card they say “We can’t do that right now” then why even sell gift cards you know 🤦🏽♀️ also love the bathroom glad they worked on it 😭🫶🏽. W gas station hope to work here soon.

The ice machine has been broken for weeks now.. Fortunately, they have put out a stirofoam cooler filled with ice for the public to use. Very hesitant on getting my ice from a container where numerous strangers has stuck their hands in before me. The container and cup that was inside still has the residue from someone who clearly had dirt on them....
I left and went to another gas station nearby.

So this store is stealing money off people’s debit cards. Your being charged extra money when paying inside at register and Apple Pay. I called 3x today to find out what’s going on and the boy that answered hung up on me 3 times, stated he had real customers to deal with and that I’m lying about money being stolen out taken off my card. After hanging up on me the 2nd time, that ignorant boy pushed all calls to fax it busy it took the phone off the hook. WELL, I will be showing my face to report to the manager, find out who that ignorant boy was and make another report on the store. Since up guys like to hang up and speak disrespectful to your customers then I should have the right to show out because money is missing from my account from your location. Thank you

I understand that as a chain 7-11 is required to maintain a certain level of consistency from store to store, but, I'm really not sure how or why it is, that every 7-11 has the same broken pumps taped off... the same guy in the parking lot asking for $1 gas money to help him get to work... and the same signs on the Slurpee machine advertising a promotion they no longer participate in...I do know that this particular location has upgraded to the "burnt coffee pot" and "still frozen taquitos" package, plus O am pretty sure they're in the running for the surliest employee award.

I went in to get some hot food then changed my mind without touching anything. I then walked to the back of the line to get the cheap gas $3.14. As I was about to tell the cashier how much I wanted on the pump I look over and see the owner picking up the hot food with his bare hands. I say “ hey!! Excuse me sir why are you touching the food with ur bare hands?” He tells me his hands are clean. My response was don’t touch the food with ur hands use the prongs. He walked away. The food is unsanitary. I don’t recommend getting hot food from here at all. Hands clean or not u don’t touch the food !!

The customer service is absolutely horrible especially at night . Don’t ever visit this 7-eleven just go to the one on congress and hypoluxo they are really nice there

Worst gas station I ever visited in my life!! The staff needs to be drug screened! Seriously, the smell of weed is horrible and the talk skinny guy is giving everyone an attitude. Some people really need to work from home or something! Better go to Wawa or any other place but this one on Hypoluxo and Lawrence.
