Be aware!!! I had to pre pay for my parts 1 week before my scheduled payment. 8:00 appointment it should of taken maybe 3 hrs, called @ 11:15 for update, she said I’ll call you back @ 12:00 (red flag) I said I’ll be coming down to get the car, upon arriving my car was not being worked on, I saw there were 3 other cars in the shop with there hoods open and the only thing that was done he took off the rubber engine cover laying on top of the oil catch for changing oil, I did not see the mechanic, she said he’s probably in the bathroom, no he was working on another car, she called him, I asked him how far did you get with my car, he said not far at all, just took off the cover in 3.5 hours, when dropping it off I asked how many mechanics she had and answered only 1, how can you fix my car with 1 mechanic, she told me when she’s on the phone she tells them you will have to wait? She lied to me, I asked her what happened to the old man from NJ that was there in the morning with out an appointment, she said oh he was only 20 min. She told me she will start my car first until it’s done She lied again, I figured out her scam, she takes in all these cars and lies to customers about when it would be done, this Asian lady who lied to me, the mechanic did not even look qualified enough to do my repair. At the rate it was going she would of kept my car overnight for a 3 hour job.
