PLEASE, BEWARE of this location on Hypoluxo & Thompson Road.
Thery sell defective parts then refuse to refund your money. This is also the location that charged me for an extended warranty on turn signal bulbs. When asked why they charged me more for the warranty than the bulbs, the man laughed and told me that is the way all new employees are trained. He then told me most people don't realize they have been scammed. I have spent thousands of dollars in this location, but never again.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LAUGH WHEN THEY STEAL FROM YOU. VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE BEHINF THE COUNTER.

Cashier Bill is quite possibly the rudest, grumpy old man I have encountered in my entire life. Bill blatantly did not help me find a part after I asked him to look it up, then proceeded to take the next customer in line and ignore my request. Terrible customer service from Bill.

The store manager, Robert / Bob, was so rude. It’s baffling how someone like that can be the store manager. I was only in the store for less than 10 minutes. He was rude to the customers in front of me, then he was making condescending remarks about the store’s younger employees, then he literally berated one of his coworkers in front of everyone, and then he was rude to me when I had to checkout. By that point I was basically expecting that. But totally unacceptable and pitiful behavior, especially considering he’s the store manager. Hopefully he sees this and tries to do better moving forward.

I came to this store to buy lights for my car, I gave all the information and they gave me the wrong ones, when I returned I showed the card information with the purchase transaction, they told me you can't deliver it and I lost my money. I do not recommend this store and the service is terrible.

The people who serve there are disgusting. They don't accept returns on parts and when you come for a warranty they get angry. I went to make a return and they told me that they would refund me but that I should not buy there again because they do not make returns. The person who helped me there is called BOB.

Went this morning to get a generator had the worst service experience by a guy named Bob, (I think he is the manager), maybe he thinks he is God or something, worst service ever, dont go there unless you want a bad service experience

Constantly out of stock on even the most basic of products. Employees are friendly but don't know anything about parts or where things are located in the store. If they didn't have a flow chart on the computer they'd never figure it out.
