My mom went to return a purchase and the employee told her that she “can't return the items unless she has an email”. So my mom called me and I told the employee that she can bypass the question. Her response was “whatever” I told her, “thank you for your help” and she responded “of course”
I’m giving the store 1 star for their lack of GOOD customer service. just because someone does not want to give an email it does not mean that the employee should be rude. The managers should train their employees better.
I still love Aeropostale’s clothes.

We made some purchases and at the time of paying we swiped the card and the bank deducted the money from us but in the store they had a problem and the payment did not appear and they did not deliver what we bought and since it was the weekend we had to wait until Monday to for the payment to come in and call, indeed on Monday the bank confirmed that the payment had been debited and we had to file a complaint to get our money back because the store wanted to give us what we had bought
