everything was great. The service was great. The lady at the office went out of her way to get me in before I had to leave town. The only thing I was disappointed in is that they charge $135 for a service fee and they don’t apply it to the service.. Which I find most companies do. If you don’t get the service and they have to come out then they keep the money but they keep it anyways even if you get the service. other than that, it’s a great company

We had Astro Air replace our AC unit 4 years ago. Carrier unit. Nothing but problems and seems to always blow warm air 4-5 times per year. They com out and fix a problem, then it happens again. Horrible AC UNIT. DONT USE THEM.

My experience exceeded my expectations! Their office manager was prompt, professional and explained everything clearly. Their tech was professional, polite, and corrected this and future situations! Could not be more satisfied!

Astro Air has been servicing my Carrier AC since 2019. On 7/23/23 I had to replace the fan motor in the air handler for a cost of $820. Warrantied for a year. On 8/23/24 exactly 1 year & 1 month to date the motor needed to be replaced again. I was informed there would be a $135 diagnostic fee to come out. When the tech handed me a bill for $981. Even though I let him replace the motor for $830.00 l still had to pay the diagnostic fee. I was in my opinion taken advantage of. Especially after being a loyal customer since 2019. I spoke with Mike and apparently he didn't care or offered to make a concession since being a loyal client.
Now I am considering replacing the whole system. Mike gave me a price & taking $981off the cost of a new Carrier system with a cost of $9700 out of pocket. I decided to get a couple of quotes. The best being $8000 the other company is installing my new system in 9/03. Mike was doing me no favor. Astro Air really does not care about customer retention.
Further more 2 other techs came out & informed me I was low on coolant. I told Mike & he would not even send a tech out to recheck it after i just paid $981 to replace the blower motor last week. I'm not one to bash any one, but this unfortunate experience led me no choice but to inform others of this matter. Based on this experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Buyer be ware.

We had to replace the full A/C system at our house in September 2023 and for the condo in July 2024. Both times Astro Air got the new systems installed as quickly as possible - for the condo, it was installed on a Saturday, and my father's comment was the job done was "masterful". We originally heard about Astro Air from friends in our development several years ago, and have been with Astro ever since.

We have been using ASTRO AIR as our air conditioning service company for almost 20 years now. You can call them anytime 24 hours a day and they are always so nice and every single time I have had a technician come out the same day to fix my AC. When your air is not blowing or it’s not cold, it is an urgent situation when living in humid, hot south Florida! ASTRO AIR never disappoints! They do diagnostic testing for a little over $100 which is very reasonable. They’re very experienced professional knowledgeable and courteous. Jason came to our home today, went up on our roof in the pouring rain to check on our condenser. he Replaced a few parts and even changed my air filter for me. Thank you Jason!!!!! ???????

Amazing company! Very professional, reliable, and trustworthy. I have been using them for years as my air conditioner, service repair company. Whenever my air isn't blowing cold, I call them up and they send someone out within a few hours the same day! Being in South Florida they know their customers need cool air in their homes. Jason came to my house today and he even went up on the roof in the pouring rain. He diagnosed my compressor and came downstairs with the broken parts. He showed me each part and explained what it did and why my air-conditioning wasn't blowing cold anymore. I really appreciated how attentive and kind he was. I have been using ASTRO AIR for almost 20 years now and they never disappoint! Thanks again Jason and ASTRO AIR!
