The experience was not a favorable one. I did not expect additional fees after the fact, was not explained about the additional fees, Overall experience was a negative one. Costco AT&T experience was not good and very disappointed in Costco, allowing the representatives to miss represent and lie to there customers very unhappy

That place is horrible always busy they don’t know what they are doing. I was there last month to get a new account they almost said I’ll get paid for to have an account with them, after that I got I bill 722.51 I went back there twice, first time they said the manager said he would take care of that, but they didn’t then I went back there and they said the manager the one who should take care of it was in vacation and nobody else could do it.
So mad with that

I was talk to Bernice and she just leave me and did not solve my issue at all, after coming to the store for the 3th time , such a disrespect because she had to go home , no manager and nobody to solve my issue .
I’ll close my account for sure and they will never see me again

Our AT&T expert is RIZWAN Ali in Boynton Beach off Gateway and Congress . I was a customer of Xfinity and Verizon for almost 20 years. He worked his magic I had 5 lines and internet in my home. I received 5 new phones and watches and saved over $2000.00 a year. He worked very hard to find us all of our discounts. Very hard worker and an asset to AT&T.

I was deceived by Bernice, who I liked. She said my old phone was worth $1000, and I could get one for $1000, so even exchange. Now, on my bill, I'm paying $27+monthly for phone. Even though I told her I'll have to pay $281 to Mobile because they did me the same thing. So I was deceived twice. I'm still pissed .

Five stars!!!!! I visited the ATT store for an explanation of my bill and stayed because of Bernice! She is super professional and walked us thru our bill with tons of patience. Come to this location - not a re-seller! This is the place to go for top service and knowledge. And ask for Bernice. She is the best and made the experience so pleasant. Her patience and humor was most welcomed. I really appreciated her help. Thank you Bernice!

Bernice was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated her patience and knowledge as she helped me and my sister navigate our family bill. Bernice was professional and warm. I did not think i would enter grumpy and leave woth a smile on my face. Sje took the time explain all the details and ensire we understood. We went to the store to get a new phone but had a bad experience with customer service. I had to return to reorder the phone, and we were very fortunate to be assisted by Onel Rodriguez. If you’re planning to visit this store, do yourself a favor and ask for him. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and went the extra mile to compensate for the bad experience we had with another representative at the same store!
