Really bad place run away from this place, they did a mess in my account, adding lines that i dont need i was ther just for upgrade and they try to force me to add another line.

Im not happy with this situation at all. The staff is great but one staff member has messed my account up and I am paying for 2 lines I dont have. I have been to this store multiple times to get it resolved and nothing. It has been since Nov 2024. I have called ATT and still nothing. I just wanted this resolved. I will have to seek legal help if I can't get anywhere with this.

I needed phone case. I called before I went and was told they had one. When I arrived I was informed they sold it! But the young man ordered one and I received it the next day! Be sure to go to an authorized dealer...I went to store that was not and they were no help at all!

Leilani Ramos helped me very well at Regency Square yesterday, she was very extraordinary and nice and had an amazing costumer service and smile, I would love to recommend her to anybody that needs a line or upgrade if fact I already have!! Again I want to thank her for being so hones and giving me advice to make the right decision. She's making AT&T look phenomenal!!

Dude was kind but inattentive because I told him I needed to pay my Internet bil which was past due and service was suspended. Instead he charges me for my phone bill which isnt due till the 26th. Today is the 19th... Of course I dont know I dont work there. I get home my internet doesnt turn back on. I wait 30 mins, nothing. I call ATT. They cant find ANY record of the payment. The receipt they sent doesnt have an account number. Finally after an hour on the phone they find the payment. Its pending. Yet it's gone from my account. So not only did he charge me for the wrong thing and the wrong amount, I now have to wait 2 to 3 business days to get my money back and this whole time my internet is off. AT&T I need sometype of compensation because I work from home using my internet it's the weekend... I can't work or even watch a youtube video on my TV because it's also connected through internet. This was NOT my fault. They just turned it off today. Run the cameras you will clearly hear me say, I want to pay my internet bill. I am Highly upset.

Greg Williams helped me update my ATT account after my husband died. He was endlessly patient, well spoken, and kind. He is a great ambassador for ATT. Actually, everyone at the Regency location was cheerful and accomidating.
