I entered the store stating I needed a new phone
My iPhone 11 was working
But on its last legs
I was told by the employee
Caleb
That I qualified for $340.00
Reduction in the cost of a new phone with my trade in
And an I-phone 15 pro would cost me $15 / month for 36 months
I agreed and paid $70 in sales tax and left with a new 15 pro
When I returned home and checked my email for the receipt
There is no $340 reduction in cost
And the monthly payments are $27 !
I am extremely upset about the dishonest practice of quoting a price and then finding out that the price quoted was not what I received!
I will be revisiting the store to return this phone and a refund of my $70 that I paid in sales tax !

I went there today with a small problem with my phone . The person named Corey. Inform me that can do a lot better with my planHe fixed me up and saved me money and who doesn't like thatThey were very helpful and very nice.
