Mike was the best sales person I ever had at a At&t store. He had unlimited patience and knowledge. He always took his time and made me feel valued. I highly recommend this store.

Just spent an hour with AT&T support only to be told they can do nothing for me. Please take care and understand that their terms allow for them to change things on you at their whim.

The Manager Azad and sales associate Ketena provided an exemplary level of customer service. They both took the time to listen to our needs and provide feedback on what products would meet those needs. They were knowledgeable of their products and features. In addition, we walked in the store at a very busy time of the day and year with Christmas just a week away and there was no one waiting to be helped. Azad worked his floor like a true master. I choose this location over the one that is only 3-5 minutes from my house because the products may be the same at every store, but, in my opinion it’s the people that make the difference. A+ all around!!!

The AT&T staff at this location is byfar one of the BEST, with the BESTbeing FENEL and AZAD(MGR.) Ivisited this AT&T location very upset for the second time. FENEL withassistance from AZAD and their passion for the customer experience, changed my mood. I have never experienced the willingness to help and ensurance for my satisfaction from any AT&T associate, like I did with these 2 associates. They both are truly assets to the AT&T company,and Thanks to them I will not be terminating my relationship with AT&T no time soon.

Had an excellent experience updating my 25 lines, 2 iPads and 2 watches. Really impressed with the services and multi-tasking from Ketena, Cindy, Agha & Clare. So happy to call this my favorite AT&T store.

I CANNOT WAIT TO LEAVE AT&T!!!! They tell you what you want to hear to make a sale, but after that they do not want to be "bothered" so if you need assistance you're out of luck. AT&T forgot to put an installment plan on one of my phones and then sent me a bill for $1400 two years later. I tried to work with them to come up with a compromise but not only did they refuse to work with me, they actually said "It may be better for me to just walk away from AT&T and take a hit on my credit." GASP!! WHAT??? THATS YOUR SOLUTION??? "Or pay $1400 for a 2 year old phone". Sad fact... they were charging me $190 a month for 2 lines. How the hell does that not include phone installments? What was I paying for? Definitely not what they sold me. Terrible customer service. From the store employees to store managers to phone agents and chat agents. They all read from the same script. Went to different stores and spoke to different managers. This store was the worst. Azer was the worst of all managers who refused to assist. Had several cases open by chat only to call back a few days later and be told "What case?" Called 611, got a very nice agent named Brenda. She said that she opened a case and even gave me a direct phone number to call with any issues. Too bad it was a fake number SAD SAD SIGH. Needless to say no case was opened by Brenda either. I wasn't even asking to not pay the $1400, just work with me to make a payment plan they should have done at the start. END OF STORY... they turned off both phone lines and left my daughters stranded in a different country without phones.

Savio was the worst sales person I have ever encountered in my life. 9/17/23 at 3-4PM-I came in to port my phone number from T-Mobile and get a new phone and he didn't listen to me once the entire transaction.I let him know from the beginning of the transaction that I planned on paying off my device as soon as I could so I didn't care about their monthly installment promotions, due to the fact that they don't apply if you pay off the phone. He wouldn't listen to me and told me in that case I should just go to Apple. I wanted the iPhone 13 and he stated they didn't sell it at all anymore. I then stated that I would take the iPhone 14 then and he kept pushing the 14 Pro because they are the same price. I told him that they aren't if I pay the phone off. He then YELLED at me that he is just doing his job, basically making it seem like AT&T is making him sell the 14 Pro. I asked him again if I could have the 14. He said he would go see if they had any. When he came back he stated there were none in the store so I left and switched over to Verizon instead. Extremely condescending and rude, I would never shop with AT&T again. I will definitely be reaching out to AT&T- definitely didn't seem like a corporate store and corporate should know that you are sending people to Apple and refusing to help them.

Sales rep John N. Only cares about profit. He came to our door to sell us ATT mobile the same day we had our ATT home internet installed. He promised us device promotions and trade in promotions and a bill of $180 monthly including equipment because he said with our trade ins and promotions the equipment would be free. We were also promised an AARP discount. None of these were ever applied to our bill, in fact our bill was $246!!! John had given me his personal phone number and I called and asked him why the bill was so high. He explained billing can be behind and it would take up to 3 billing cycles for the promotions to kick in and we'd receive a rebate on future bills Ok fine. Well 3 billing cycles later and the bill is still $246, no rebate was applied. The device credits were applied but the credit was not the same as the price of the monthly finance fee for the phone. Another lie on johns part because he said our equipment would be free because our device credits would cover it. I tried reaching out to John again. It's been about 2 months and he has completely ghosted me. Never called emailed or texted me about my concerns. Ontop of that I discovered by looking at my bill that he added a device protection on my line that I was never told about nor authorized! This has been an all around expensive and exhausting disaster built on false promises, lies and scams. I will be contacting corporate to report John N. As well as consulting my lawyer about taking him and ATT to small claims court for money that I lost.

i bought a screen saver less than 6 months ago. Paid a big surcharge for the lifetime warranty. I'm unable, through no fault of my own, to close anything on the upper right side of my screen. i went in , explained my problems to Alexander and got dismissed in such an uncaring fashion. He told me, they don't carry the 12 mini screen savers anymore and refused to order one for me. What a joke Be careful of anything this store sells you with a lifetime warranty

Good morning Ricardo, as you can see blow we received our new devices. Me and my wife was at the Boynton store around 7-7:30 yesterday to have the devices looked at. The watch works with her phone but you can't use the watch to call out or there is no number assigned to it.What a horrible experience with this tech Alex wow. As we were walking back to an table I have repeatedly said what's going on with the watch because he never answered me. So when we sat he said with a flustered face why are you repeating your self, I said do you know what your doing and boy did that set the tone. So he starts with her phone going through all the settings and I asked Alex don't you want my account info like my number and ID. He was getting more and more Agitated. So he started back with her phone so I stated to him again it's the watch not her phone you know what your doing that was pretty much the end. So he said I will NOT help you and this is private property and you must go. I smiled and said really unbelievable. Not sure what my next step is but we look forward in hearing back from you and AT&T. I don't blame AT&T or myself I have 30 employees and some are really good and someone are horrible but that's what we have to work with and I move my guys around based on what customers are in play, this is how I place good and horrible.You know the saddest part now it's been 2 days and the sales consultant as not responded so disappointing after almost 15 years with AT&T as a business owner myself and have 20 25 devices that i pay for and quality service it's important to resolve all matters asap

This store is getting five stars because of Bernice. If it weren't for her, I would be disappointed but she was so helpful, attentive, and patient with me; she helped me every step of the way. I will be sending friends and family to the store and telling them to ask for Bernice.
