I stopped at this store because it’s on my way home to upgrade my phone. I was welcomed by Abdul with a smile. I admit I was not ready for the transaction, but he was very patient, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help. If you stopped by this store, definitely ask for him.

I left Sprint in 2014 and joined AT&T. I never had an issue until last weekend, when I visited the store on Jog Road. The manager greeted me, but at first glance, his pants were falling down, and he looked like he hadn’t slept or showered in days.
I was due for an upgrade, and he started telling me about how I was eligible for internet service. I told him I was aware since my development had just gotten it, but I was still reviewing my options. At that point, he started getting upset with me, saying, “I make more than $40 in commission, and my phone bill is due.” He literally begged me for about 10 minutes.
I got frustrated and left, but my wife went back because I had accidentally left my ID, which they needed to access my account. While she was there, the manager asked her if she was married and if she was happy.
I was so upset that I decided to port out all five of my lines. We went to Tmobile and We got our new phones the same day, and now our bill is $45 cheaper.

Abdul is so helpful!! Great customer service and very effective with his work ethic. You have to make sure you ask for him when you come. Will try his best to find a solution for your concerns!!

Kay is amazing. We just moved here from South Africa and have been coming to this store ever since . We always work with Kay and Cj. Both are super helpful. We love AT&T. Thank you for always helping .

I went to the store for a simple issue to fix my aol. The first thing I was told as I walked into the store was , it’s not something we can help you with but if you are generous with a TIP I can help you. It was a young kid working there I think his name was Adam or something . I have AT&T service for a 10+ years and that interaction changed my mind . I will not be returning . Disgusting behavior

(Former employee) watch out for this store as management pushes reps to be immoral and put features into accounts such as insurance and next up even when customers decline in order to hit quotas. Go to a corporate store stay away from Retailers
