I have to tell my story about what happened to me recently. My left front turn signal stopped working. So I went to AutoZone to get a replacement bulb. I provided the make model & year of my automobile and the employee retrieved a bulb. I didn't know at that time, that I was given the wrong bulb. Here's what transpired because of this mistake.
I drove to a mechanic and asked him to install the new bulb which I had purchased from AutoZone. He replaced the bulb with the bulb I had purchased from AutoZone, and it didn't work. The auto mechanic recommended that I come back the next day and leave the car because it might take all day to diagnose the problem! My automobile is only a few years old and although other electrical problems may occur in older vehicles I take care of my vehicle and haven't had any major collision set could affect the electoral system in any way.
I knew something was wrong.
Later that evening I decided to take a closer look at the ball that they had sold me at AutoZone. Something looked off. So I went back to AutoZone and return the product explained the situation that maybe I had been sold the wrong bulb. They determined the part number of the replacement bulb was out of stock at that particular location. They refunded my money for the original purchase of the bulbs that didn't work. They made an effort to contact the neighboring store to make sure that the bulbs that I really needed were in stock.
I then drove to that location and purchased the correct bulbs. Kept my fingers crossed that this was the only problem and I wouldn't have to worry about paying a lot of money to diagnose an electrical issue or have to replace more expensive parts. At any rate I replaced the part and it worked! Grateful for that. Disappointed however that I was sold the wrong part in the first place and it cost me a lot of back and forth in time and worry. Mistakes will happen so I don't want to judge them too harshly.

On two occasions I have taken a battery to be checked and if it is okay to charge it, I return in three hours and when I get to install it in the car it is without charge, and I always buy them there and I don't have a good opinion of that store

Your website is awful for the information and pictures it provides. You search for an alternator, and you get all printed info. Where are the pictures and prices. You probably lose customers like me to online services every day.

Worst experience ever I will not be going back there 4 people behind desk I person helping a customer customer says you can help him because he was waiting the cashier says he can wait after 10 minutes manager decides to say how can I help you and opens up another register am I suppose to be happy about there customer service I would say not very poor service

After a 12 hour shift, my battery died. I came to this AutoZone and Daniel was quick and very professional. He offered me different choices of batteries and helped me choose the right one. Within 15 minutes I was on my way and I am so thankful I came here!

This store is amazing, I went to purchase a battery for my car, I had no idea on how to install it, the clerk by the name of Raphael was so patient with me and helped me by installing the battery for me. Her customer service is outstanding I highly recommend this store and once again thank you very much Raphael keep up with the great work.

Omg, let me start by saying that this is by far the best, I went there to purchase a battery the employee named Raphael helped me so much, she even changed the battery for me that was so nice and I must say that her customer service was outstanding, thank you very much Raphael keep up with the great work.
